I don't shop here often, and nope I am not a regular. But I am consistent in coming here for all of my greeting card and small gift needs. But they have much more than greeting cards...they have so many "trinkets" that they must have just about anything anyone would need for almost any occasion. Hallmark is my go-to store when it's time to purchase cards for any/all occasions. This particular Hallmark is usually nice & quiet, clean, and employes are always around in case you need assistance, or suggestions on a purchase. I also enjoy their stock of candles...which I'm always buying. This location has a nice selection of Vera Bradley products, and in fact has special events surrounding her products. Be sure & sign up for the card to track your Vera Bradley purchases so you can earn points. I had my wedding invitations done here and the experience was great from start to finish. The fist visit was just my husband and I just looking through what they had, and the lady assisting us (I think she was the store manager) was very helpful. I came back the second time, with a friend, to place an order for my invitations. Since I needed them in both English and Spanish in a tri-fold my husband and I liked, our salesperson made sure that it was possible before we placed the order. After she took down the wording in both languages (bless her soul), she double-checked everything with me to make sure it was perfect before sending it out to be printed. Two weeks later on Feb. 5, I get a call saying they were in. I stopped by after hitting the gym to pick them up and were perfect as they can be. Apparently, the printing company missed a word on the Spanish wording, and my lovely salesperson (I wish I got her name!) caught the error and had them re-do it. I not only got my 75 original invites I ordered but got the 75 misprinted ones at no cost as well. Would definitely recommend this place for their great service and fast turn-around on custom orders. I received a $2 coupon for my birthday from Paula's Hallmark. Prior in 2019, I had purchased over $100 in ornaments and another $100 in gifts. Today I purchased enough to get the $2 off, but was told they couldn't honor it even though the items I bought qualified. The cashier said the coupon also says "other exclusions apply" and was told sale items don't apply (one item was a candle and the other was a birthday card). I actually made a special trip because of the coupon but after this experience no more. I'll buy future ornaments online. read more

Wasn't such a great experience. I've been shopping for many years so when I enter into a store I don't want someone asking me for if they can help, I already know what I want I've been shopping for my Mothers Birthday cards since I was a teenager have shopped at Hallmark since the 80's. I know the Hallmark store well. Then I just didn't feel like the lady was genuine so I would have preferred her not to talk to me. I found what I wanted in minutes. Problem I had was at the checkout. I had only 2 birthday cards. A lady in front of me bought 100 dollars worth of stuff? Who does that & shouldn't she have ordered online? So I waited feeling awkward, then I waited, then waited some more I have a back injury I had to KNEEL on one knee! No one offered to ring me up! I had only 2 cards. I had to turn to Amazon for my Mom's card to mail it. I left disgusted. Left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

What an upsetting shopping experience. This store does not have very good stock in general, but we try and support small businesses. The Hallmark employees were very rude today. They were short and made us wait at the front counter. There were 4 employees working, 2 behind the counter and no one was in line. Bizarre...There were several shoppers not wearing masks and the employees did not ask them to put on a mask, even though their store policy clearly stated on the door to wear one or buy one. They are willingly putting their shoppers at risk. Not coming here again! read more

I received a coupon to buy 2 Yankee Candles and get two free. I presented it to this Hallmark store as they sell Yankee Candles and they said no, they would not honour the coupon and their response to my inquiry was just shy of ignorant and rude. Here' s a customer service tip to the owners....I am okay with you not honouring the coupon but you should have done so with a polite smile and a bit of graciousness. I am a lifetime resident of Kitsap County and you just lost my forever business. Hope it was worth the few measly dollars you saved. read more

This was the rudest store I have ever been to! I have been in this store a few months ago only to have the staff snub me when I asked if they carried a certain item. Today I was in the store and staff was no better. I had an advertisement with me that said a certain item would be on sale beginning July 5. When I entered the store, I found the display and picked the item I wanted to purchase. When I went to the counter to pay, the lady working rudely told me that that item was not for sale until next week and that they were only getting the display ready. I pulled out my ad that I brought with me and I told her according to the ad the item was for sale on 7/5. She snapped at me telling me I read the ad wrong. When I showed it to her and in fact the ad did state the item was ready for sale on 7/5 she still refused to sell the item to me telling me that she didn't have to honor the ad. I put the item back on the shelf. I did have a few greeting cards I wanted to get so I paid for those. I gave her a punch card that I had that if I bought so many cards, I would get $5 dollars off my next purchase. She didn't even want to punch my card! She said if she did that, then the store wouldn't make any money that way. Well, I have news for you. I won't be coming back!! read more

I was in your store March 15th at 2:54 . When checking out I told your clerk that I have COPD and it was very hard to breath because of all the odors. She ignored me so I repeated thinking she didn't hear. She still ignored what i said. i paid and left. My daughter was still in the store. The clerk went over to the other clerk and started giggling about me, so my daughter put down her items and left. I will not be back. I will never shop at this location again! On friday evening I went in to this Hallmark store to make a return of an ornament l purchased from them a few weeks ago. The woman at the counter observed that the box was a little bit dented. I explained that when I purchased it the dent had been there but it was the only one I saw so I bought it. She went to her manager who can rushing out to tell me that they would not allow me to return the ornament "due to the excessive damage". (I'd like to mention that the ornament inside the box is perfect never been touched.) I understand that not all stores can have a return policy like Nordstrom or Costco but seriously the two women were excessively rude they treated me as if I was attempting to return a piece of trash. So I will gladly pay the shipping and order online. read more
