My wife and I showed Karen the offer from 7/11 corporate but she refused to honor it even though we were members and provided the required scanning codes. I told he we would pay for them and complain to corporate regarding the interaction. At that point she asked that we leave the store. Terribly nasty attitude. Who would turn an 11 and 15 year old away from buying a slushie that should have been free according to their offer? Remedy: we went to the Dedham 7/11, had our free slushies and a wonderfully refreshing interaction with the clerk and went about our day. Later, we lodged a complaint with 7/11 corporate about the Canton stores interaction and mentioned how wonderfully different the Dedham store was. We only stayed for 2 or 3 or 10 minutes, but she dropped more money on alcohol here than I did on petrol next door. I don't drink, but she makes up for it by drinking my portions and then some. What we were impressed by, other than the decent prices, was that they have a bunch of stuff you wouldn't find in other Liquor Stores.
