phenominal. selection…read more national must have 20 or 30 different kinds of whatever your poison is. the whiskey family is large and, fortunately, this place has added aunts and cousins i have yet to meet, but will be hanging out with soon. 1.75 liter bottles of gosling black seal & sixers of ginger beer? yes, please. national also stocks the gosling family reserve which i have not seen anywhere else. the beer selection is equally large. yes, they have the usual suspects and all 82 kinds of michelob (O.o), but the belgians, brits, scots and craft brews are all over the place. you'd be hard pressed not to find something you can drink here. i picked up some of the sam imperial series which i haven't seen too many places. i've only taken a brief spin through their wine selection, but that took me about 20 minutes. racks and racks and racks and racks. very well organized and marked with selections at pretty much all price points. definitely my new liquor store. located on falls boulevard near the wal-mart, this isn't exactly in the most convenient location. it's a hike from quincy center but the bus runs just at the bottom of falls blvd. i'd say take a car. ample parking.

Elli's friendly and welcoming nature makes you want to stay just for conversation. Everytime I go in there I feel as if I never left the neighborhood. I have learned so much from her and always love her selections and recommendations. Since I found her I have only had 2 bottles of wine that I did not like for myself, but were loved by my guests when I served them. So no loss for either. She has recommended wine for a wine tasting I did 10 years ago and friends still ask about those wine. I make sure to tell friends about Elli's Wine cellar. Her knowledge about wines and the grapes that make them is immeasurable to me and I am so glad I met her. I no longer live in Weymouth but I try to get in there to see her (and buy wine) when I can. I never leave with less than 2 boxes and as I have already stated never disappointed. Life has kept me away in recent years but I am making a trip to see Elli soon. Hopefully I will leave with enough to hold me over until the next time I have a gap in my busy schedule to make the trip to Weymouth.
