When I returned to pick it up, the wig had been stretched out so much that it no longer fit properly and was no longer wearable. The cap and overall structure felt compromised, which is devastating when you've invested that much money into a piece. When I raised my concerns, instead of receiving support or a solution, I was told that going forward my service price would be increased by 50%. That response felt dismissive and punitive rather than helpful. Overall, this was a terrible client experience. The wigs and services are already extremely expensive, and based on how my situation was handled, I cannot recommend this shop. This shop owner has completely lost her sense of civility, decency and mental composure.

She told me my hair was just too fragile and thin (kinda figured...but needed to hear it from a pro). When I called Margaret, the owner of Confident Hair, about my complete dissatisfaction with her product, she was completely unwilling to take it back and refund my money. Do not buy your wigs at Confident Hair... the products are substandard and there is a total lack of customer service. Well...after seeing so many beautiful wigs I thought it would be fun to try some on. Mazal was so helpful and she mentioned toppers, something I had never heard of before. It goes over your hair and blends in, but doesn't cover it as completely as a wig does. Sounded perfect for me - lighter and cooler. I left empty handed but couldn't get the idea of a topper out of my head (no pun intended!!). I went back a few days later and spent a little over an hour there, trying on several and found one I loved. It was right before Rosh Hashana and although I was happy to wear a hat to synagogue, Mazal wanted it ready for the holidays. She was busy and had so many orders, but she made it happen and I got it just in time. Mazal and her staff are so friendly and helpful, I would definitely go back.
