Beware of selling old bakery items. Then when you call to let them know they are not surprised and not eager to make it right.

I had no trouble entering my order, but was unable to pay because the kiosk's tap-to-pay wasn't working. So I dug out a physical card and tried swiping the card. That also failed. I got out a card with a chip and inserted that card, and finally was able to pay. About that time an employee came out and gave me a warm greeting. I also asked the kiosk to print out a receipt, which it failed to do. Nor did the employee provide one with my order. I asked the employee if I could get a cup and get my drink while my food was cooking, which he allowed (but hadn't offered). I noticed the peach and lemonade drinks were nearly empty (see my photo), but since I was getting a soft drink from the fountain it didn't cause me an issue. Their fountain isn't balanced and an excess of CO2 caused the dispenser to spit out mostly foam and it took a long time to fill my small cup. Speaking of which, a small drink costing $3.25 seems a bit steep to me, although the food items seam more reasonably priced. The dining room is small and all the hard surfaces and cheap metal chairs and stools makes for a cold, uncomfortable, and uninviting space. There is also a bar at the front window with stools. The food was surprisingly tasty. I had the gyro platter with feta and a side of tzatziki sauce added. The meat was very thinly sliced but good quality and a generous portion. The feta topping was pretty bland and unimpressive quality. The tzatziki sauce was good. The fires were crisp and nicely seasoned. The pita was the thinnest I've ever seen, but were soft. The rice was plump and almost creamy, nearly in a pre risotto state, and mildly seasoned and enjoyable. The whole meal was filling and one I would order again.

Food was good except the loaded fries have changed and my husband didn't like them this time. Gyro was solid! Bathroom had zero toilet paper and no one to tell. No paper towels no toilet paper nothing. Bathroom was clean just no paper products.

Their tender bread and ricotta dip with bright lemon accent was a welcome partner to the salad greens dressed with fresh figs, peach slices, and fresh mozzarella. The pasta experience was one you must enjoy for yourself to fully appreciate - it would be unfair to describe it, or show you a video of its construction:) In two years of dining out in Cherokee County, The Gathering Board is awarded our blue ribbon! Well, we didn't think about it being Easter weekend at all. No big deal because the owner was amazing! She said she could throw something together in 10-15 minutes and she sure did! Amazing customer service and amazing food. Once the kids were in bed and we could dive into this we were in heaven. My picture doesn't do it justice because we had already dove in, but it was enough for the both of us. We got the companion board which is suggested for 2-4 people. We ate it as our dinner so it was enough for just us 2. I only see it lasting for 4 if it is an appetizer only because it only came with 1 sleeve of crackers, about 12. I would suggest it should come with 2 sleeves of crackers because even we had a good bit of meat and cheese left over with no crackers. I plan to take the extra Brie and jam to Easter brunch so no problem. BUT I know this was a seasonal box, being Easter and all, but OMG there were these lemon coated almonds, AMAZING. Cheese filled peppers, AMAZING. Carrot Cake Jam, AMAZING. The little details were CHEF'S KISS. Just a first class experience. We will be back.

Paid $40 a plate for my daughter's wedding reception and they didn't bring tea, water, or lemonade…read more My family had to leave reception to go get drinks for our guests. They offered no solution and continued passing appetizers and food before we had drinks for our guest. My family had to go get drinks quickly and missed moments of the reception while 3 servers stood in the back. Needless to say our photos now reflect can drinks and water bottles on our elegant tables. The owners take no responsibility for what happened. They advertise as professionals but don't let that fool you. The food was just ok and not worth 4,000 for 67 people that doesn't include tea, water, lemonade as advertised. I was told that was only for corporate events. Wow! Please do not allow them to ruin your day! I was charged 1,050 in production fees. I never used their plasticware, and was given 3 servers that hid in the back most of the time. Of course they helped themselves to the drinks we had to run get. It was the most unprofessional crew I have ever encountered. As well as the most unprofessional owner. She never once called me and she knew I was upset. She takes no responsibility for their mistakes.

Richard went above and beyond anything we could have asked for our wedding and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a full service caterer and staffing for your wedding and/or event. We initially reached out to Richard looking for a vendor to make appetizers for our wedding (we had different vendors for the other courses). He had a wide selection of foods choices, where we selected four appetizers, our personal favorite (and the one with rave reviews from our guests) was the Mediterranean Grilled Lamb Chops with Cilantro Mint Aioli. In addition to the food, Richard offered very competitive pricing on other services as well - servers, bartenders, linen rentals, silver wear, full bar package, and so on. He was very conscious of our budget and offered multiple alternatives for each decision, which was greatly appreciated. Since our reception was at a venue where we could bring our own food and alcohol, it also required us to take care of everything else. Having Richard to take care of so many items was such a huge blessing.
