My boyfriend and I loveeee going to Pauline's donuts!! We are always greeted with a warm welcome and amazing service. Pauline's has a huge variety of donuts which is awesome but I can't even express the love I have for their kolaches!! They have every filling you can imagine from bacon egg and cheese to pesto and tomato to sausage and gravy - anything. And Pauline always throws in a few extra donuts for us to show her gratitude which goes a long way in terms of being a returning customer. Everything was very fresh and tasty and the woman (I am assuming she is the owner) was very kind and generous with the portions. I ordered an iced coffee, BEC Croissant and a single glazed donut but I got like a dozen donut holes for free lol. The food is great. The coffee is great! My wife likes Pauline's donuts in League City more than Shipley's, Dunkin Donuts, or anything I bring home from the grocery store....she even likes them more than Round Rock Donuts (Austin area). They are easy to get to once you find them, they were hard for me to find the first time but well worth the effort! (They are in the building next to Schlotzsky's at Egret Bay Blvd and Main Street in League city facing the intersection and behind the trees.) Oh.....currently Pauline discounts her remaining donuts in the afternoon (so her inventory is fresh each morning), and so we have another excuse to indulge. The donut hole 6 packs are really tasty! The service is great, and the shop has a couple of tables for those of us who can't wait to get home to eat the donuts. I'll see you there! read more

Been going here since it opened. Friendly service and the donuts are delicious. We particularly like the filled long johns that they fill to order. Our daughter likes that they are generous on the frosting. Their apple fritters are one of the best I've had. Their sausage and cheese kolaches are huge but I prefer the mini ones. I just took my 5 year old granddaughter to Pauline's on Monday. I didn't realize they were even there. The donuts were fresh and delicious. I also bought an apple fritter, which was equally delicious. I returned the next day to try their sausage and cheese kolaches. The bread! Oh my it was so good as well as the sausage. Their blueberry cake glazed donut is always my go to donut and it was moist and supper yummy!!!! Every thing is very fresh. The couple that operates the shop were super nice and so friendly. Very appreciative that we gave them a try. There are a couple tables inside if you have time to sit and enjoy. I will return to this donut shop! So fresh and worth the calories!!!!! read more

My family is new to the area and have been looking for a donut shop that has great quality donuts. I can happily say we found it today! I went in and got 4 donuts and a kolache ( I might have spelled that wrong we didn't have them back home) they were delicious! The donuts are light and fluffy! The jalapeño cheddar kolache was the best I've had since moving here. Now let's talk about customer service. Dropped by Paulines on a Sunday morning. We were greeted by a nice guy behind the counter and the wonderful smells of doughnuts and coffee (great start!) We ordered a variety of kolaches and a couple different donuts, as well as their cold brew iced vanilla coffee. Everything was delicious! Their classic sausage/jalapeno/cheese and ham/cheese kolaches were the best we've had around the League City area. The breading was much better than Shipleys. They offered brisket kolaches (see picture) as well as the fun colored donuts for the kiddos. Overall great experience and will be going back! read more

These are probably the best damn donuts I've ever had. The donut holes literally melt in your mouth. So amazing. Coming back for sure!!

This place is absolutely delicious! My husband enjoys getting the croissants which are made fresh when you order. The tacos are made fresh too and they aren't stingy when filling up your taco. I absolutely love the bread they use on the kolache - it's like a sweet bread. I can go on and on about all the other things we tried and enjoyed. Definitely try to place out! read more

Paulines is a new doughnut shop just opened mid June '24. Located in the Frost bank building SE corner of FM 518 and Egret Bay Blvd (hwy 270), across from the Kroger anchored shopping center. Just mentioned that because it's sort of hard to see from the street. Clean small shop brightly lit, but no tables or chairs for seating. They had a good selection of doughnuts and kolaches in their display case (full menue posted on this site), sort of the typical selections one would find at a small doughnut shop but all tempting to be eaten! Wife & I tried the apple fritters and cake doughnuts which were excellent. We also tried the sausage, egg & cheese biscuits along with a regular and iced hazelnut coffee. Had to wait about 5+ minutes for the biscuit sandwiches and iced coffee, but you could tell the biscuit sandwiches were freshly made (toasted instead of nuked or maybe even grilled?). The iced-coffee seemed freshly brewed, not regular coffee flavored with hazelnut and thrown over ice. All I can say is one can really taste the difference when things are freshly made! DELICIOUS!
