Becca is hands-down my favorite hairstylist and I don't say that lightly. I have very fine, thin hair, so finding someone who truly understands it is not easy, but she gets my color spot on EVERY SINGLE TIME and absolutely slays the haircut I show her. I leave looking exactly how I pictured it in my head (which is rare). Her salon is warm, cozy, and inviting, and everyone there is genuinely friendly it feels like a treat, not just an Appointment. I'm a stay at home Mom of twins. Coming from a long line of retired hairdressers who owned their own salons (and having friends who are hairdressers themselves), I am EXTREMELY picky and very specific about what I want. I love this place!!! I have been going to see Becca for years now and I refuse to go to any other salon. Each time she does my hair it's amazing and I'm never disappointed. I can literally walk in and say just do what you want and she always nails it with the color and the cut! I have moved to another state and traveled 2hrs to get my hair done by her for 3 years! Currently I moved across the country and still go to her when I fly in to visit family!!! I refuse to go to anyone else. It was my first time going here. I hadn't been to salon in 8 years because it never comes out the way I wanted. I had Danielle and she was phenomenal. She listened to what I wanted, what my concern was and explained how we could achieve the look I was going for. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted which is big because a lot of stylist cut way shorter than what I ask for. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. I was very happy with the outcome of my hair. Danielle did a great job with my hair for an event a while back and took her time with me yesterday to match my root color, blow dry to perfection and trim up and thin out the thick parts overall. Everyone at Paulo's was friendly and personable During my appointment, from when I walked in to let them know I was there, to when I checked out. I travel about an hour to continue seeing Becca, the salon owner. She always makes my hair look fabulous no matter what crazy color I decide to do next (and as you can see from the pics, I'm all over the place!). The salon is super cute and always clean. Excellent service. Ashley was perfect. She washed carefully and fully...the color correction and darkening was spot on. My highlights have a perfect hue...her cutting was also precise. She took the time to listen during our consultation and executed everything accurately. She checked on my hair, kept me hydrated and was so great. I started going there because Brenda was friends with my step daughter and she always did a beautiful job with her hair coloring. Brenda did a great job with me too. I then stayed on with Ashley after Brenda left and she also does a great job. Both stylists are super sweet and pleasant and my appts are always fast and efficient. Ashley is wonderful. read more

I've been going to Paulo's Salon for a few years now. And, won't be going to anywhere else. While I always see Britney, who I adore, all the girls there are very nice and talented. The space is very clean and it has a nice relaxing energy to it. They do a great job with cuts but the coloring is next level. I can't say enough good things about them. read more
