If you're looking for a body shop well Paul's is not the place for you . They will not do the work right because they don't have skilled or experienced body men . And they will rip you off with body work to make a better buck . The service advisor Ken won't call you back and is just unprofessional he can talk a good talk but never follow through with what he says be careful and god forbid you try to work here every time I go their is someone new because the last employee did something always excuses never solutions no one is a man of their word and that's big for a small town . Had my vehicle repaired after hail storm we had in the area, Paul's did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle and made it look like new. I was called every couple of days and updated on what was happening with the vehicle. It was ready a few days early and looked better than it has in years. I took my truck to Paul's for a repair due to being sideswiped. They had my truck for almost 2 months and did a poor job. I was charged for services that were NOT performed. They missed or skipped repairing or replacing items damaged in the accident. Incorrect parts were installed. My doors do not open or close properly; they drag and run against each other and leak air into the cab, resulting in a lot of road noise, plus it's problematic to keep the cab cool or hot. The bed of my truck rattled and bounces around when I'm driving it and rubs against the cab of the truck now, causing damage. I complained of mechanical issues that were never checked or fixed. The paint does not match. I wouldn't take a bicycle to this shop. I was treated very disrespectfully regarding my concerns. The entire accident was caught on my dash camera so proving damages would be easy had they followed up on my complaints. Kept arguing that they "knew" my insurance would t cover any additional repairs. Mind you, they charged me well over 9k and used incorrect and used parts. Over 10 hours of labor on a used door that still had dents in it. Po striping is peeling off. This shop should be ashamed of their "work ethic". My email a few days later, listing the issues I was left with, went unanswered. I would absolutely give them ZERO stars if possible. read more

I had my car towed in after an accident that was caused by another driver. Paul's Body and Paint estimator was very friendly and helpful and got an estimate together quickly. The body shop contacted the insurance company and got the initial approval to do the repair within a day or two. After tearing down my vehicle they did a supplement to the insurance company which caused a delay due to the insurance company not responding in a timely manner. However, once all the parts were received the repair went very quickly. The communication was great and the quality of the repair job exceeded my expectations. I have read some of the negative comments posted and it shows that customers don't understand what the process is and how long it sometimes take to get the parts in and supplements approved. I have had several claims worked at Paul's and highly recommend this shop for repair. read more

I had a run in with a garage and broke my driver side door to my 22 year old (very loved) truck. It would close, but there was a gap between the door and the car (enough for rain to get in) and the metal was bent and everytime I opened it, it was metal grinding against metal and clanging. I went to one garage and they didn't fix cars over 10 years old. So I looked around and turned into Paul's Auto Body & Paint. I was so worried since I didn't know if my insurance would even cover it or if anyone could even find another door to replace it with since they don't make parts for my truck any more. Shannon at the front desk took a look at it and gave me a ball park figure about how much (in general) a door like mine would cost to fix and we talked about the chances of finding another one if it had to be replaced. I told her I didn't care what it looked like, as long as it worked. She asked if she could take the truck back to have someone in the back look at it and then she would let me know if he thought it was fixable or if we would have to find a replacement door.... I was really worried. The truck means a lot to me and I wanted to keep it as long as I could. Shannon came back with my truck 10 or 15 minutes later and the metal was no longer bent and the 'gap' was gone. They had fixed my door! I literally got emotional. It must have been something simple that just needed to be bent back ...I don't know. But I now have a place to take my truck that I know will be honest and dependable. They are good people! Hate to leave a review like this one, especially with a locally owned business. My experience with this shop was horrific from start to finish. Poor communication, poor quality of work and what seemed to be a lack of interest / pride in their work. Insurance company couldn't believe the incompetence as well. Ran into trouble on a road trip when the splash shield under the car started dragging on the road. Stopped by because this was one of the few places still open and we were immediately attended to. Paul and Justin were both super helpful and we were in and out in 15 minutes with what looked like a completely different splash shield. Highly recommend you stop by if you have any car troubles. read more

I don't really like to leave reviews but I figured in this case I would. I brought my car to Paul's in early January of this year (2021). And I understand with Covid and everything that things take time. I totally get. But figuring with my damage I had with my deer hit. Was literally a 2-3 day job. Took until yesterday to fix January 29th. They gave me the run around saying that my car needed more parts and what not. So I let it slide. Well they needed more parts so my adjuster went to Paul's to see what's up. He told me they barely tore apart the car on that Wednesday January 27th. WTH. Why if you had the car for so long why did you barely take it apart that Wednesday. So I had enough I called on Friday to see what's up. They gave me the run around and told me your car will be fixed by Tuesday. Wtf. No I had to argue with the receptionist saying she needs to put me on hold then had hung up on me so I called back and she still tried to put me on hold and I told her she needs to answer my questions. I don't want to be put on hold don't put me on hold she finally put the phone down and yelled at the owner he needs to talk to me. So he gets on the phone and tells me what happened. I didn't care. He needed to either pay for my rental that my insurance was not going to cover anymore or he needs to get my car ready. By 5 pm that day. My car was "ready". Point of the story is. You have to argue with people to get shit done. I don't like to fight with people. But I'm paying the 500 deductible and insurance is paying the rest. They need to get their shit together or they won't have a business anymore. Also if you take your car here. Not my saying if you do or don't. Do not leave anything in the car. Take everything out. I had a pipe cover for my pipes and it was stolen. And my plastic trash bags I use for groceries and carrying plants was also gone. That's my review and my experience. read more

Paul's auto body shop is the best! While visiting Main Street shops my front bumper got caught on a curb and was pulled back as I was leaving. I was afraid it would fly off as I was driving so I looked up the nearest auto body shop. The front office staff is friendly and accommodating. Even though we rushed in with an emergency they took my vehicle right in and fixed it. read more
