Another $1100 dollars. Dealer there stated rear rotors were aftermarket. Checked my receipts for me and confirmed part numbers were not Ford. No warranty from Ford except for manufacturers defects, but I expect factory parts and equipment. Who warranties the aftermarket parts? Not very happy.

Took it back again. They told me it was the tires and they needed to be changed. I changed tires and it still had the vibration. Asked them to do a road force test. They said that they did. When I picked up the truck, they were going to charge me $60 for the road force test. I was going to pay it. They said they waived the charge and took care of it for me. I was grateful. I then asked several times to get the results of the road force test. After several emails and calls later, they have pretty much told me that they had "paying customers" and couldn't be bothered by us because we were a warranty job. They did NOT do the road force test as stated. They have been rude and completely disrespectful. I emailed the store manager, and he blew us off and pushed us off to someone else. I am EXTREMLY UNHAPPY with the dealership, the way we were treated and the attitude that we received.

It was quick and easy, and the shop gives a 25% discount for veterans! I would highly recommend this shop and service to anyone in Kerrville who would like work done. They also perform brake work, and fluid flushes. For routine maintenance required, they also give coupons. I can't commend enough how easy and good of a service I received here, thank you Derek and grease monkey for the good work! I will return.
