I went by his shop just to meet him, as my wife had recently had a bad experience at another shop in Kerrville on minor body repairs to our 2016 Subaru Outback. Tino personally took that car into his shop and cleaned up some of the crappy work by that other shop, then refused to charge me. Then he did us a similar favor on our 2019 F-150. After I caused minor damage to the Subaru, similar to that first case my wife had done, Tino and his crew completed the repairs on time as promised for slightly less than what that other shop had charged. They also pulled out a dent on a door. And, the paint job on all of this was OUTSTANDING.
