I have AAA and requested a tow they called this towing company. We had an appointment for 12 o'clock. It is now 230 and no sign of them so I called AAA and AAA called them and they said we had an emergency so we can't come, No phone call from this company. No text... nothing. I spoke to the woman who works for them and she said it just happened. I said what happened to the 12 o'clock appointment you scheduled thru AAA ....so after waiting from 9 AM to 230 I now have no tow and an appointment for a repair in Ellsworth that I will not make thank you HC Ralph for terrible service, and not even the decency to contact me and let me know. I was stranded in cold for hours till I could get ride home and towtruck decided they didn't want to do the tow after told my roadside service they would. Then my rd service called them back he said he would be at truck little after 9am it is now 1108 no truck so no showed me a second time! Prity poor business if you ask me ! My wife and I were on a motorcycle trip through Maine when her rear tire shredded. Harley road side assistance called HC Rolfe and Sons. The gentleman came to our assistance on his day off and trailer-ed the motorcycle over 80 miles to the nearest Harley dealer. He went the extra mile to make sure the bike was securely tied down and nothing was rubbing that would cause damage. Very very nice and professional. read more
