I felt like I was being raped so I called the guy who put in the unit originally. His price was about HALF! So on top of the ridiculous estimate, Heath charged us $100 for his first visit of 10 minutes to say the AC was fine. My wife actually had gave him a check which I made her cancel. When Heath found out he started texting my wife. To the point that I had to call him and tell him that if he texted or threatened her 1 more time he would get a very up close and personal visit from me. Needless to say he didn't respond. He can bully a woman I guess but not a man. I'm certain they tried to take advantage of the situation due to dealing with my wife. Idiots. Don't trust them. Especially if you are a Woman!

These people will rob you blind. They came to my house to check the Heat Pump System which was not…read morecapable of sustaining the set temperature. They found no leaks but the system was low in refrigerant. They put 4 lbs. of Freon and charged me $500.00. A week later the system again failed to maintain the set temperature of 76 F by as much as 7 deg. F. (83). They came again and found a leak in the coil. They gave me a price of $6671.00 to replace the fan/coil, So I called Davis Air (see first page top). They came, inspected the system, found the leak and quoted $1497 to replace the coil, $2472 for the coil plus the entire Air Box in the attic and $5126 for an entire new system (including the outside unit) better that what I had. Davis Air will replace the entire system for $1545 less than what will cost to replace the fan/coil only with Wright. The outside unis costs about $2500. By the way, Davis put 3 lbs. of Freon for $140 + $69 for inspecting (vs Wright's $500 for 4 lbs./inspecting)

The owner came out and yelled at his wife and told her to leave and go to her event, pointed at the other employee and told him to go inside and do his job, and then turned and pointed at me, a female, and told me I could come back another day and get my camper. Let's just say it went down hill from there! How the owner acted was very unprofessional and we will NEVER use them again! If you own a business and have employees who work for you, then you need to double check behind them to make sure the job is done correctly! When you don't then you are responsible for fixing the mistake even if it's after hours!
