He said to check the other units and send pictures, so I did. The next day I called and asked when they were coming back to check the other three and he said they would have to put me back on the list. I called the next day and just asked for a letter from them to send to Mr. Cool warranty department stating the mini split was leaking, so I could get a replacement for it and Eric said, "The owner doesn't feel comfortable putting his name on a letter to another company stating the unit was leaking." I will never use a company that can't stand by their work. Call Crump Air & Heat (229) 469-6340 they came out faster and gave me a letter I could give to the warranty department to get a replacement!
