(Note: My collision was not that significant, yours may take more time.) He was responsive to my emails and worked to get proper payment from insurance without me involved. He just got it done. When I picked the car up he went over the work done carefully while in front of the car. Very friendly. Repair 5/5: PERFECT I tell ya'! The paint matched flawlessly; the lines on the pieces that were replaced were dead-on straight. The brand emblem was replaced, headlight -- perfect. He even took care of a minor ding I had which was not covered. Car handles great. Cleanliness: 5/5 - The car looked showroom new when he gave it back to me. He got it cleaned inside and out. I was not expecting it to look as good as it did. Prices: 4/5 - Seemed reasonable to me. Fortunately I didn't have to pay anything because of my situation. (Wasn't my fault.) Greg worked with the appraiser and got the prices figured out with almost no involvement from me. Parking: 2/5 - Parking here is VERY tight. The good news is that while my car was being repaired it was kept inside the garage. Speed: 4/5 - My front bumper, side panel and headlight repair took a little over a week. Considering the quality of repair the speed is no issue here. Reputable: 5/5 - The repair comes with a limited lifetime warranty in writing. I didn't even have to ask for it. Overall: 5/5 - Yelp has done it again. The good reviews here are not to be mocked. No need to go all over the place. Give 'em your keys. The driver at first claimed responsibility and then denied it which meant I had to go into my pocket for him hitting me! I looked up auto body shops and went with the reviews here. This is the WORST place you could EVER bring your car to be fixed. They are absolute thieves. I…read morebrought my $83,000 BMW after an accident thinking that it as still owned by "Sal" who had owned the business for many years, but what I didn't know was that Sal passed away about a year ago and the business was purchased by a group of Arabs that owned a chop shop by Shea Stadium and they paid an absurd amount of money to buy the shop so that they can use the Good name of the shop to rip people off The insurance company paid $25,000 or a little bit more for the parts and for everything to be fixed on my car, the shop pocketed all the money about it was estimated by the body shop. The honest body shop that it's at now it's estimated that they pocketed about $21,000 of the $25,000 that was paid out for parts and repairs. They not only left all broken parts on the car but made the car completely unsafe to drive and I was driving my young children and infant child around in the car, not realizing that they didn't even screw in the suspension. They pocketed all the money. They are complete thieves but the one good news is they are being taken to court and sued for about $50,000 they destroyed the car not only did they keep all the money and not repair anything and use broken parts that they have laying around the shop but it is possible from the looks of it that they took parts off of my car that we're not involved in the accident to sell on the side. My car is finally almost done with repairs. It took almost a month for all the damage they did to my car to be repaired and now they're being reported to the police the insurance company the DMV so they're gonna be having a lien put on their business gonna probably lose their license and hopefully will be even be going to jail for fraud if anybody has any questions about this place or wants to see what their own eyes, the proof of the thieves that they are what they did, you can reach me at 917-245-8005 and I'll be more than happy to provide anybody with the pictures and stuff from the other body shop that did a comparison from the estimate to the work that was done stay away from this place at all costs
