They were able to fit us in within the hour and gave us recommendations on what to do until then. Turns out there was nothing visibly wrong with the tire, no holes or anything, so they couldn't do anything on the spot. They didn't charge for the inspection and filling up the tire. We very much appreciated their help and are glad to know we can wait until we get back to deal with the tire instead of worry all weekend. Things that stood out-their team is direct and goes above and beyond for you! They told me everything that I needed to know about my car troubles (ultimately a new battery) and things that I should look into (due for oil change and state inspection). Was in a pinch and got a note on my phone that my battery in my F150 needed to be replaced. This…read morelocation was right down the street from an appointment I had so I dropped it off and gave them full approval upfront to change out the battery because I wasn't going to be able to answer the phone and talk about what they had found. When I got back they told me maybe it was a false reading and that the battery was still over 85% charge. They showed me the rest of the statistics on the read out for it and told me there was no charge for the service. They easily could have just swapped out the battery and charged me the 200+ dollars. I had already given them permission to do just that, but instead did an excellent job of explaining just what it could've been. There might be a lot of sketchy shops out there. This is definitely NOT one of them. Will use them again in the future for sure.
