After 45 minutes, they called me and told me it's going to be nearly $400 for the two light bulbs, and that it won't be done for another additional 45 minutes. I have places to be!!! Don't be the next victims of these people who see customers as noth but $$$. My only concern is that after reading this review, the mechanics are going to steal stuff out of my car. When I got back they told me maybe it was a false reading and that the battery was still over 85% charge. They showed me the rest of the statistics on the read out for it and told me there was no charge for the service. They easily could have just swapped out the battery and charged me the 200+ dollars. I had already given them permission to do just that, but instead did an excellent job of explaining just what it could've been. There might be a lot of sketchy shops out there. This is definitely NOT one of them. Will use them again in the future for sure.
