To spare the whole story- we are from out of town, bought our RV at an affiliate and started having issues as we drove through Neenah, Wis. I remembered there was another Quietwoods branch there, and we pulled in for help. THAT STAFF IS AMAZING. Everyone was sooo incredibly kind, and they fixed us up, even drove with us briefly to help identify issues, and got us on the road again. Did I mention this was right at closing time on a Friday? Well it was. And the staff went above and beyond for us and left late. Honestly after our experience we remarked how we would even drive all the way back here to buy our next RV. They specialize in the sale of small travel trailers, truck campers, small outboards and pontoon boats. Their sales person Conner, had it pulled up and plugged in. Now my son was aware that it was used and their was some damage to some trim and it was NOT cleaned in the inside with dirty floors, items left from previous owners, dirty cupboards, frig etc. I personally thought that was pretty disgusting for a dealership to even show a camper that way, but was told that is how they do it now with used campers. Anyways, Connor was ready to make the deal but my son stated he wanted to look at the roof and check the hot water heater and although the freezer seemed to be working, the frig wasn't cooling. He said it just takes a while and we should just leave it. After 20 minutes it still wasn't working. Connor said just leave it and he was working with another customer and to just go look around and then go inside to get the paperwork signed . So we waited . .....and waited... the frig still didn't cool and I asked Connor " so what if the get it home and it doesn't work?" Well that's not their problem. It's sold as is. I said you're not going to compensate them if the frig doesn't work? No. My son said well then we're not taking it. And then we found some more damage and then water damage. Connor went to get someone to look at frig who stated that no the frig wasn't working. On the counter was a state inspection sheet. On it was checkexfrig aerator in working condition- yes was checked. Any signs of water damages- no was checked. ghere was obviou damage inside under tv and outside on rear slide under bunks. After this was pointed out the manager Gavin gave my sone a receipt for his down payment back. NO ONE said- sorry , no one said that should have been noted- nothing!
