To spare the whole story- we are from out of town, bought our RV at an affiliate and started having issues as we drove through Neenah, Wis. I remembered there was another Quietwoods branch there, and we pulled in for help. THAT STAFF IS AMAZING. Everyone was sooo incredibly kind, and they fixed us up, even drove with us briefly to help identify issues, and got us on the road again. Did I mention this was right at closing time on a Friday? Well it was. And the staff went above and beyond for us and left late. Honestly after our experience we remarked how we would even drive all the way back here to buy our next RV. This is our third time Bayside Outdoors has been there for us when we were in dire need of immediate service on our 38' motor home. Ted serviced our Aqua Hot in 2018 when it would not function, replaced our transfer switch/surge protector and yesterday replaced our Inverter that was fried due to bad electricity at a campground. Very special attitude to help the customer with everybody employed here and it is an employee owned company. Highly recommend for service and sales. They specialize in the sale of small travel trailers, truck campers, small outboards and pontoon boats. We travel 10-12,000 miles 6 months of the summer so having our motor home totally functional is top priority and Bayside Outdoors keeps us that way when we are in Door County.
