Prospect location, so I pulled in to see if I could get "on the schedule". They sat me down in there new air-conditioned waiting room, gave me a free soda, (HOT DAY) and took an immediate look. I thought that with a facility like this, this will be pricey, but ten minutes later they sent me on my way with a temporary fix, (until parts could be ordered), at ..... NO CHARGE??!! I could not believe it either ... not even for the soda. Once the part came in, I brought the car back and got it done right for about half the price I was expecting. This is a very friendly, and efficient operation focused on the customer. What a nice change of pace in today's corporate greed world!

To spare the whole story- we are from out of town, bought our RV at an affiliate and started having issues as we drove through Neenah, Wis. I remembered there was another Quietwoods branch there, and we pulled in for help. THAT STAFF IS AMAZING. Everyone was sooo incredibly kind, and they fixed us up, even drove with us briefly to help identify issues, and got us on the road again. Did I mention this was right at closing time on a Friday? Well it was. And the staff went above and beyond for us and left late. Honestly after our experience we remarked how we would even drive all the way back here to buy our next RV. We slid into a ditch 3 miles outside of Clintonville Wisconsin and called Accel towing to pull us…read moreout on Monday, May 25, 2020, around 12:00 PM. We had no damage except that our step coming out of the motorhome was bent a little from the dirt. The original truck workers that came to tow us out misdiagnosed our situation and tried to pull us out from the rear. In doing so, they separated/tore off the front of our RV at the seam of the passenger side and broke the front window. Then a crane came to pull us out. The crane brought our front end out of the ditch toward the road, but buried the rear end in. So then the same original rig and workers that tore off our front end hooked up to the rear hitch again and tried to drag the motorhome so that the rear end was more level with the shoulder. As they did this, they snapped the rear bumper in half, broke the hitch, separate the rear panel of the motor home and ruin the tire cap. On Friday, May 29, 2020 we got an estimate of how much the repairs would cost for the damage that the towing company did to the motor home. The estimated damages were approximately $15,000. We called Accel Auto & Truck Repair on Monday, June 1, 2020 and spoke with the owner Brian. We asked him how he would like to proceed and he said it was not his problem and he refused to give us his insurance information. He then said that he would see us in court.
