The only downside is that we lost some of our privacy and now have a view of the cu de sac across from us but I feel that on the whole, it is still an improvement for our yard. Now I can replant and rearrange my front yard for better use. I was very clear from the outset that I was trying to get reimbursed via grant from the county and would need one line in final invoice/receipt to describe the distance from my home to provide to the county. Melvin assured me that it was no problem. After the work was complete (as well as payment) I sent 4 text messages a voicemail and two emails between Nov 11 and Dec 19. I received one response to the first text that he would send it out the next day. It never came and he never responded again. The window closed for document collection and I missed the opportunity for a $1500 grant reimbursement, which in this difficult time of increasing cost of living expenses, would have been incredibly useful. So I cannot recommend CBC Tree Services if you need anything requiring follow up or communication. Really, really disappointing Melvin and CBC.
