I've had a legal name change to Eileen Gannon since 2024. After I did the work that should have…read morebeen done by his office I felt I should share the experience. An agreement with an attorney in the office of Mayor Law was signed 2022-Oct giving Mayor Law proof of representation in an auto claim. Officially PIP was exhausted 25 April 2024. May 16 the attorney received digitally all payments; bills, notes, coding. At that time we should have sent the demand letter. I waited until July 4, 2024, contacted her, accepting the $3000 offer from April. I signed an agreement 29-July-2024. She received $3870 for costs and fees. I contacted her August 20 asking when I would get the settlement. She had been waiting on Progressive to update the Medicare liability section. She told me she still needed lien information on Medicaid, DHS, Medicare, and Med Advantage - and the 3 small businesses that treated me. I was 7 hours on the phone 20-23 August 2024 to contact insurances about liens on the settlement $3000: Medicare over the phone told me there was no lien (2nd payor and there was no hospitalization expected in the mail 9/9/2024 ZERO owing). I called and got the procedure and fax number to Recovery for Mayor Law. Email attached attorney requesting I provide all Providence visits, summaries, billing. Attached ZERO owing PHP. DHS Medicaid (they faxed info right away which could have taken a month) in response to long email that EOB shows owing. My 3 small business folk who only take cash unless it was PIP were asked to provide the same information already given by my insurance carrier on May 16 to the attorney. LISTEN. Mayor Law did not do the work she agreed to and I was on the phone 7 hours beginning it. 9/6/2024 Friday I received call stating the duo Advantage and Medicaid for medicare members N E V E R create liens but would reversed to provider. Received a lien for $11.08 for xray would be paid correctly if Ayin Health Solutions would submit through Providence and Medicaid. Seems Mayor Law made a deal to pay 11.08 out of settlement without first notifying me! I have to deal with an attorney that would do that! HOW come they continue to argue they are still searching for a lien to take out of the settlement. It gives me the creeps: either they have done something to hide with the money or they are phonies. Ayin Health Solutions understood the attorney did not do the research before negotiating the cost to be 11.08 for the xray. I received attached. It will be weeks (months) before I get the 11.08. Imagine if your mistake cost more? Hard work was missing and communication.

We interviewed a couple of law firms that specialize in construction defect and chose Aldrich Eike, PC. This firm is a small local "Boutique" firm that walked us through every single scenario. They were professional, timely, and available to answer all of our questions (we had a ton.) They knew exactly how long the process would take and were pretty spot on. The actual construction was of course a nightmare; they had to rip off the whole front of the house, re-install new windows, siding, and rip up all the concrete, etc. What was found underneath was really, really bad, or I should say, what was no longer there. Horrible. Of course, all of this had to be done before the next rain fall and in between life, kids and my husbands travel schedule. Needless, to say Kevin was professional, available and I have given his name without hesitation to friends and family. Seriously, one of the best attorney situations we have had.

He was facing a lawsuit from a former employee, and the company initially refused to indemnify him, attempting to make him personally responsible for actions that were clearly taken within the scope of his role. From the beginning, the firm was incredibly detailed, professional, and diligent. They worked hard to advocate on his behalf and ultimately helped ensure that the company stepped up and took responsibility as it should have. Throughout the process, they kept us well-informed, explained all possible outcomes, and made sure we understood each step along the way. We truly appreciated their thoroughness, responsiveness, and commitment to achieving the right outcome. The case was handled efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe, which made a stressful situation much more manageable. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of strong, knowledgeable, and compassionate legal representation.

I had spent the…read moreprior 8 years caring for my very ill mother, while trying to maintain a full-time career, as well as, attempting to prevent myself from racking up a ton of debt in the process. This did not happen, and I was not proud of it. From the first interaction with Edward, I felt at ease. At no point did I feel judged, persuaded or pressured in any way. He provided me with a clear picture of my options (bankruptcy options), and a kind understanding of my situation. I was in no situation to be able to pay for a bankruptcy in full at that time, so I placed a small retainer, and continued to make payments as I could, once I had made all the payments we would proceed. Little did I know, this was the beginning of a professional relationship that would continue in the future. Jan 2015, I had a surgery that came with multiple complications, as well as, an inability to proceed as I had originally anticipated. Edward continued to remain patient, kind, understanding, and never pressuring. He was still willing to work with me, within my abilities. Fast forward.... To March 22nd, 2018. My family member had passed away, leaving myself, as well as, other family members listed as heirs to his estate. Shortly (within 8 days) of his passing, I was feeling stressed with excessive pressure to get representation, due to the extremely hostile nature of and developing status of the estate. Immediately, my mind went to Edward and our previous interactions. I was now the young age of 30, with no experience dealing with an Estate, Probate, or Inheritance issues, let alone - certain if representation was necessary. To top this off, I was listed as an heir in the company of estranged family. This was the perfect recipe for turbulent waters ahead. From the moment I reached out to Edward, he provided the most exceptional representation I could have asked for! I'm not positive exactly how may estate cases he had completed prior to mine, but I know this one was a doozie. The hostility from all 3 parties, communications between lawyers, cautious disclosure of information as not to disclose anything that could be used adversely against me, the list goes on.... Edward advocated for me conservatively and cautiously, he wasn't at all after the financial gain an estate of this nature could promise, he was beyond tactful when addressing issues of a sensitive nature (while still protecting my best interest), and communicated fully with me along the way. Not one issue, item, or situation was addressed or resolved without my knowledge. If Edward didn't have the answer, he wasn't afraid to admit this, but would quickly respond with a thorough detailed knowledge of my options, the circumstances, and different scenarios after he had researched the issue of concern. I cannot explain the level of genuine concern and care he has with his clients. His high level of tact and grace. Compassion and understanding. While maintaining the highest level of professionalism & representation. I have been truly blessed to be guided to Edward Fu in multiple times of stress, frustration, and anxiety. Everything happens for a reason, and I can say I'm very thankful!

He helped me with a business contract that I was very nervous about signing, and it helped tremendously that he carefully explained all aspects of the situation and my legal rights and responsibilities to me. I was impressed with his knowledge, and the way that he took all my questions and fears seriously, answering each concern thoughtfully rather than being dismissive. Some time after that, I recommended him to a friend who was going through bankruptcy and wasn't happy with the lawyer she'd been to already. She switched to Scot, and was very happy that she did. Her bankruptcy went through fine with Scot's help. I ended up recommending Scot to a second friend this year who needed help with a landlord/tenant issue. After going to another lawyer who laughed my friend out of the office, basically telling him nobody cared about his legal issue, I suggested he go see Scot. Scot took my friend's case seriously, and was able to help my friend and the involved party reach a compromise without having to go to court. Scot is very kind, intelligent, and thorough. He is, I believe, one of those genuinely good people in the world, of which there are too few.
