The insight I have gained over the past 10 years and 10,000+ hours has inspired me to innovate. I am excited to offer a disruptive voice in an industry stagnated by convention. This establishment of AYC represents the fulfillment of a dream. I have always been proud to be an attorney and practice law, but the terms 'advocate' and 'counselor' speak to me on a deeper level. As your counsel, my energy is focused on serving you.
Meet the Business Owner: Sunny K.
Sunny, born in New Delhi and raised in New York, discovered his passion for policy and advocacy early in life, which led him to Washington, DC in pursuit of his undergraduate degree in Business, Economics and Public Policy at George Washington University. That reverence evolved into practice while Sunny studied law in Boston, MA at Suffolk University.
Sunny is a fully attentive leader that builds upon empathic collaboration to effectively solve problems and interact with functional stakeholders. Sunny has advised individual and institutional clients in a broad scope of matters including risk management, due diligence, public policy, ethics, dispute resolution, complex commercial financing, leasing, corporate governance and strategic counsel.
