Another five stars for Pauly Presley Realty! After I moved to Austin, I used Brad Pauly to help me find a new home. He wouldn't let me sign a buyer's agent contract with him; he said he didn't want me to be stuck working with him if I wasn't satisfied. At the time, due to interest rates, there weren't a lot of houses on the market. My search dragged on for two and a half months, with plenty of plot twists and turns. Brad was patient; he didn't rush me. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and taught me a lot along the way. He was savvy about the negotiating process and, in the end, got me a great price. I always felt that he put my interests ahead of his commission. Brad was also amazingly responsive. I prefer to communicate by email, but he was also available by text or phone. Usually he got back to me within minutes, and always within an hour or two, even outside ordinary working hours. He arrived to showings on time, and he stayed however long I felt I needed to look around. He also arranged repeat showings so my daughter, my son-in-law, and my son-in-law's mother (an architect) could have a look at houses I was serious about. Full Review - We needed our house in Taylor rented FAST and we had the additional hurdle and stress of going through this process from across the country. We had a property management company for six months and they did absolutely nothing to get our beautiful property rented. When we fired them and hired Amber, she had our ideal tenant in the process of applying within only TWO weeks and the tenant inside the property in only another two weeks! Literally one month from the time we contacted Amber, our house was rented to an excellent tenant who cleared a thorough screening process and had solid references. Amber was so collaborative, understanding, and just so amazing to work with. Being a first-time landlord and deciding to property manage the residence myself from afar, I had a lot of questions and Amber was so patient with me. She was always happy to talk to me and explain anything I didn't initially understand. I didn't have to have any phone calls or contact with interested renters - Amber handled everything and communicated with me throughout the process. I had specific clauses that I wanted added to my lease agreement and she helped ensure that prospective tenants were aware of those requirements as well as got them properly incorporated into the final lease agreement. She facilitated key delivery, providing the tenant with the move-in checklist, professional photos, and excellent social media marketing.
