Amber was patient with me when picking out colors and gave me addressed of several different types on existing homes for me to see in the real word (vs in a store). This really helped me and Amber even stopped by my house to give an opinion as to what would look good. As i was worried about proper installation temps, she also worked with me on scheduling during a warmer period. The crew that came out got everything done in one day and the cleanup was top notch, not a single nail or plastic anywhere to be found. Great warranty through GAF (they can do OC as well). He gave us an invoice for work to be done on our driveway. It's supposed to come with a two-year warranty. He wanted us to make the checks payable to his name and not the company. He would go to the bank and cash the check directly apparently. The quality of work was very poor, I have called him since he did the job in January, came up with many excuses why he couldn't come, out of town, etc. has yet to come to repair the horrible work, which only lasted two days after done even after letting the driveway dry an additional two days than recommended. I asked him kindly when he would come, he blocked me, no further answer any of his emails. Please don't fall victim to this person. I tried to give him some business. They take months to respond and are very hesitant to correct problems they caused. The owner Aaron Jenkins does not take responsibility for these things. He instructs the workers not to greet you when starting the job and not to tell you when they are done. The workers are not allowed to go into the attic. The workers will never sell report damage or mistakes they made. You have only 3 days to find these things and report them to the company or they can refuse to come back to your house. What seems to matter the most to this company is having there invoice paid in full despite unresolved issues and obtaining a 5 stare google review.
