Waiting room was nice and people were as well, didn't have any complaints. Up until the "finished" product and there after... When I requested to see how dark the tint would be.. they told me to look at this little cube that had a light in it .. poor example. Once on the car.. they had this spray and liquid ALL. OVER. THE CAR. DOOR. Never have I seen poor quality in person I was aghast. Never have newbies practice on customer cars, go practice on personal cars. This spray was going down the door and looked terrible.. only for them to say if I approved of it lol - that it looked like you know what. Well they didn't clean that up. Then I took it home. -I- cleaned it up. The rear passenger window had a beautiful knick in it. From where someone let the seatbelt whip against it. For sure it wasn't me, I've got no kids, no pets and no one rides in the back. They tried to completely pin it on me. Saying it wasn't there upon them turning it in. Finally convinced them to fix it along with the little cargo window. Which also looked like you know what. (Free of charge cause there wasn't no way I was going to pay) At the end of the day, the one rear passenger window, they STILL left a seatbelt knick in it, probably out of spite, but it wasn't terrible and ghastly. The windows one cannot see directly have bubbles and they still do - despite them saying "they will dry out" - a month later in summer 90 degree heat. Check your final product! And the progress, if you will -absolutely- do any business here. They're very xclusive in washing their hands of fault. Just move on and find another one. Even if it involves driving a fish bowl for another week.

Therefore, I started looking at online reviews in order to find a reputable, local repair shop. I finally chose Louisville Automotive Shop. I took my vehicle to this establishment because of their great reviews. Throughout the process of trying to get my car repaired, I had several issues with my insurance company. They were a week late getting an adjuster to assess the damage. Then, the estimate they provided was garbage because the quote consisted of the incorrect parts and labor needed for the repair. That was just the beginning of how inefficient and time consuming this nightmare process became. Nermin is the owner of this established business. He took over this tedious process and turned out to be my saving Grace in this scenario. His first experience was when the towing company, assigned by my insurance provider, was delivered my vehicle to the wrong address. The shop was closed that day and Nermin took his day off to find the car several doors down the street. It was left in a random parking lot, unlocked, with the keys openly visible in the center console cup holder. He took the car to his shop and parked it inside the locked garage. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of a long, arduous process. The insurance company was not willing to provide the financial reimbursement needed for repairs and the whole process. I was told that this process should be approximately 3 to 4 days took 3-4 weeks. I could have never gotten my repair completed without the assistance of the owner, Nermin. He even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I needed him after the shop hours. He also called me to check in every few days to keep me notified of the "progress" regarding the repair. He fixed the vehicle within 2 days after the insurance company finally did their job. The icing on the cake was that he delivered my vehicle to my home, which is VERY FAR out of their delivery area. Nermin prides himself on being fair, ethical, friendly and knowledgeable business man. He will make sure that your repair is completed in the correct manner and that you leave a happy patron. You can't go wrong with this amazing local automotive shop!

The bottom line is I don't want to see another senior citizen taken advantage of by Louisville Automotive Shop.
