We hired Arrowbrooke Landscapes to handle our weekly lawn maintenance almost two years ago and they've done a great job since. They make it simple and automated, so I literally don't even think about it anymore. But I knew their specialty was patios and landscaping, so we reached out when we were ready to do more with our backyard. They've been super booked this summer, but were able to fit us in. The concrete patio they installed looks incredible. We love the space it created for our kids to play and for us to enjoy. I don't know about their business now (THIS IS JUST A WARNING) but I know these guys are shady from a previous experience. They used to be into cars- I gave them my car to fix and I never heard from them again. It was a BMW SILVER Z3. I went to high school with these guys and Cole Travis/Greg Epps were still in high school in 2001. Brandon Sarvadi already graduated. I believe they parted my car out for profit and I never saw that car again. What a shame. I hope they have changed their ways or have grown some sort of conscience. Buyer beware of Arrowbrooke Landscapes also known as Frisco Exteriors. We had a concrete patio poured in Fall 2017 and had a very unprofessional experience. To start, there was no communication as to when the work actually started and the construction crew was unsupervised. There were numerous concrete spills on our house, lawn and driveway. They also damaged our fence, left cigarette butts in our lawn, and dumped the excavated dirt along the side of our house. We were informed after the work was completed that the foreman was ill and that was the reason they were unsupervised. Only after pinpointing and listing every flaw did Frisco Exteriors begin to clean up the mess. Some of the concrete stains on our house and driveway are still visible. The bigger issue is that in the midst of our damage control, the patio was never sealed and stained, as originally agreed and paid for. Now our 600 square foot backyard patio has a crack and we will have to undertake this project ourselves. read more

I had my side yard covered with artificial turf. It is so amazing. We have two large dogs and the side yard was a mud puddle and all the ivy was dead. The turf was an answer to so many problems. Dead grass. So much dirt on the dogs and my floors. It's easy to keep cleaned up and it looks great all year long. It looks like real grass. The dogs love it as well. I've used this awesome company twice now for landscaping and design. The first time, I just wanted a bit of sprucing in my front yard and even for the bit they did it was Yard of the Month worthy. This second time, I had them more design and had them do my front courtyard as well. Wow! Cole and his team were very professional and courteous and tailored the project to fit our needs and budget. I was referred to Cole at Frisco Exteriors when I moved into my first home in Little Elm. I started with regular maintenance for our lawn with mowing and weed control. We had seen them redo several Landscapes in our neighborhood and loved how all of them were unique and not cookie cutter. Over the past 3 years we used them for several projects including redoing our builder landscape, putting in a rock boarder on our beds, increasing our concrete in the backyard, making a concrete pad for trashcans on the side of the house, adding trees, a complete backyard landscape design and instillation, added a brick potting shed, and extended our patio. Oh and we even did an are where we had artificial sod put in that was pet friendly. The design was so unique and the process was great. They were very knowledgeable about adding French drains where water used to gather. Our neighbors used them to add a wood deck and did a front landscape! Everyone in our neighborhood that I spoke to for references spoke very highly of them. Give them a call they can do it all! Well, we just finished up putting a 22x20 concrete pad in our backyard for our girls to play basketball. We were not really sure exactly if we wanted to tie into our house slab and exactly how it would look or cost. Out of the several concrete contractors I called, Cole presented a turnkey procedure like he was doing surgery on my backyard. Due to his past experiences of putting in other basketball courts, he explained all the options to us. Cole had a process of making sure we knew what to expect and there were ZERO surprises in the end other than how easy and painless it was. While working around the sprinkler system, one of his workers said they even replaced our old pool sensor with a new one and I was not asked to pay for at least the cost. Other contractors wanted to charge more money for burying the BB anchor system for the BB pole in a separate hole and yet Cole did not charge anymore and even went the extra mile and even added extra rebar in the hole without being asked. Once we looked at the plan, we even decided to put in a sidewalk to the pad which added a very nice flair and convenience for fence gate traffic. Cole was present most of the time to insure we were getting the best job possible and his crew were focused at the task at hand and very respectful for when we spoke. He was not the cheapest or the most expensive, but his upfront professionalism got him the job. In a time when many contractors try to nickel and dime you or are not upfront, it's refreshing to see there are still some honest and trustworthy business owners in the contracting business.
