Wonderful staff and great service. I have closer salons near me, but they are the best and worth the 30 minute drive. I highly recommend the builder gel. Selena is wonderful and David is great with pedicures.

My nails turned out great and the nail tech was very detail oriented. They were very nice and had great service. I definitely recommend!!

EXTREMELY, RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!! I paid way less in Newport Beach, California than this place. So what if it's in Alpharetta? They didn't do one thing more than other salons. As a matter of fact, I addressed to the nail lady over 25 times how much I hurt. She was real sweet, nice & all so I wasn't gonna say anything. She did a good job just like many of places I've been to. However, the outrageous base price of $47 that's already the highest compounded even more with $5 for tips, 15 for a tiny white leaf on a finger that was not mentioned in the beginning, totaling a hefty $67 is EXTREME!!! Beware when you decide to go to this Pavilion Nails. They won't tell you what services actually costs. They wait to finish and stick you with their plus this plus that plus everything else in between that does not cost anything elsewhere. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!

So this is a brand new nail salon near Target. I will say the two other nails shops before have been terrible but this one had a nice chandelier and was really large. I had about a five minute wait during that time I love selected my color. I will say the majority of the colors were SNS and there were just a few choices of regular and gel colors. Before I get too far in the review let me say they were not busy at all on a Sunday probably bc they just opened a couple of weeks ago. That said there was definitely COVID friendly standards in place. You have to sign a waiver, sanitize your hands and do a temperature check to get signed in. You must have a mask and all employees are masked as well. Social distancing is in place. I was brought to a chair and it was of course it was brand new with a full chair massage that was nice and strong. I was told to wait another 10 minutes. I still haven't been presented with a price menu but was offered hot tea, water, or sodas. I asked for a Dr. Pepper and received a can and ice. So my service I chose was a pedicure only- I always start with that. Oh side note there is a grand piano that plays itself if you life that kind of thing. So my pedicurist was David. He was ok. A little rough for me at times but nothing horrible. Probably just because he is a guy. I just got the regular 30 pedicure. I like to start basic and go up from there. It included a sugar scrub, callous removal and being massaged with a stick! Interesting lol. All in all besides my long wait (I had no appointment though just walked in) I would come again for the clean new salon.

    More than 100$ for this

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Wayyyyy too high on prices and nails are not worth it ...came out with my nails looking like bubblegums! The lady never asked me how long or short I wanted the nail , when I saw she had cut 3 nails short when I stopped her and tell her I wanted them to be a bit longer she gave me attitude and told me she had to take them off and re do it , MIND YOU she had ONLY CUT 3 nails so basically she would of had to Replace 3 nails . Well at that point I don't like confrontation so I let that slide , at that point I just told her instead of doing French tip just to paint them white bc I don't like short nails with French tip SHE DID THE FRENCH TIPPP bc she swore they were gonna look better with French tip , on top of that they were washing my feet with cold water and they just ignored me when I asked them make it a bit hotter ....at the end the lady was in a rush for me to pay and kept asking me for my card but the lady who was doing my pedicure was not done , so basically I paid $244 for SNS a pedicure and my 5 and 7 year old " manicure " not really a manicure they just painted their nails she didn't give me a receipt or anything and tbh I was in a rush to get out of there bc they made me feel soooo uncomfortable and not cared for !NOT TO MENTION THEY TALK ABOUT YOU IN FRONT OF YOU IN THEIR LANGUAGE!!!!

I've been here a few times now and love it! It's very clean and pretty inside. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The owner made sure everyone was enjoying themselves and had their beverage of choice. I've gotten gel and sns here, both were done very well. I'm happy with the results! I got my upper lip waxed and it was a lot better than the last place I went for one. The owner played the piano while I was there last, he's very talented. They are efficient at handling a busy Saturday crowd. There was someone dedicated to cleaning and sanitizing on saturday

Last night was the last time I waste my money at such a rude and entitled nail salon in Alpharetta. Please don't come into this establishment looking the least bit of homely nor polished or they will assume you are broke and treat you like trash. Nail tech was rude and several of my nails 3 to be exact are crooked. I asked to be corrected and all she did was file them to one side. They are still crooked, but when I tried to speak up I got talked about in their native language. The nail tech was rude. She was so rude that she passed me off for my pedicure after she made a statement about my nail cost and insinuated that " her last client" was displeased with their nails and she had to make me " aware" of the cost of my nails and design. I used to like this Nailshop , but now not so much.

Michelle is your go to girl for SNS! Her attention to detail and skills are incredible. You can tell she has many years of experience by her efficient and artistic ways of doing nails. I highly recommend everyone to see her. She has become my favorite in that area. Incredible grateful to have been place in her hands!

Rachel did such a great job doing my nails... She is really delicate, and takes her time to do the design, shape and nails the right way... Loved them

Awful Spa Experience. I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

Her last visit was on August…read more25, 2025, at the Alpharetta location where she saw Dr. Laney Hales for the second time (previously she was under the care of Dr. Susan Spitzler, but for unknown reasons she is no longer seen by her). While her acne treatment initially showed progress, the improvements had seriously declined over the past year and we were already considering transferring to another specialist. The real issue, however, is not the medical results -- it is the unacceptable and unlawful billing practices we encountered after this most recent visit. We received over five phone calls and a voicemail in less than 24 hours from "Rose," who admitted that she had made an error in insurance verification. At checkout, our daughter entered her Blue Cross Blue Value insurance information and was explicitly told by the front desk staff that the insurance was accepted. We made the required $55 co-pay transaction, and that was the only authorized payment. Now, after the fact, we are being told that Spectrum "no longer accepts Blue Cross Blue Value as of April 2025," and they are attempting to retroactively treat this as a self-pay account. This is a misrepresentation of payment terms and an unfair business practice. Under O.C.G.A. § 10-1-393 (Georgia Fair Business Practices Act) and 15 U.S.C. § 45 (Federal Trade Commission Act, Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices), a business cannot misrepresent services, payment terms, or insurance acceptance to a consumer, collect money under one agreement, and then attempt to enforce new terms after payment was already made. We explicitly dispute any additional charges beyond the $55 co-pay we authorized. By law, this constitutes a transaction agreement, and attempting to coerce additional payment after providing verbal assurance of insurance acceptance may also violate O.C.G.A. § 13-6-11 (Bad Faith and Harassing Conduct in Contract Enforcement). Furthermore, the conduct of the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The office manager even remarked that she had to "step out of her very important meeting" to speak with me -- as if patients who have paid faithfully since 2022 are of no importance. The stress and hostility of this experience were completely unacceptable. We have maintained accurate records of our payments and communications and will defend our position under applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. Patients deserve honesty, respect, and transparency -- none of which we received from Spectrum Dermatology of Atlanta in Alpharetta.

I moved away from the area in 2006 and, with the exception of 2 years, I have continued my care with her from a distance of 1 to 2 hours away. I continue my association with her and her practice for the same reasons I experienced more than 20 years ago. Her thoroughness gives me confidence that I'm receiving the best care possible.
