This establishment really isn't worth your time I used to order from them on a daily basis . But since I have to order from grubhub / seamless they close their delivery by 7pm even tho on their website it says 8pm. What' a disappointment! There's plenty of other liquor stores that open late. I've only came here bc it was convenient and close to other stores like Paris baguette or the cookie monster store and it's nearby French workshop. Didn't forget their piss poor of customer service where they had told me I needed to order via seamless EVEN THO it was early af b4 6pm and ther website said they weren't available for delivery. Wine & Spirits stores really don't need to do more than exist to earn 3 stars in my book, but when you add in the larger than average selection, reasonable prices and good service then I throw in another star to make it 4. Giving me a serious personal discount or free stuff just because they like the way I look would earn a solid 5 stars, but alas that did NOT happen here. haha Pavilion carried a particular bottle of Ozeki sake at a very good price. Most liquor stores have an abysmal selection of sakes, but here they seem to be a little bit better than others. I would return. read more

Amazing wine and liquor selection! Easy location, and parking. The prices are pretty amazing as well and they often have promotions. The front of the store has some neat deals if you need a quick bottle to go! Must take a second and really comment on how amazing their wine selection is. It is really REALLY good, and theres about 8 walls of just wines to choose from. The store is def tightly packed, so you must maneuver around some stacks on stacks, but don't be intimidated, you will be excited about whatever you find. So forever grateful that this liquor store opened up just a few minutes from my house. This store deserves way more foot traffic than they are currently receiving. You can spend a good 20 minutes just walking from the front to the back of the store and then back to the front again. This place is packed from the ceiling down with every kind of bottle you could possibly want to purchase. They even have a couple of Dom Perignon (including the $600+ bottle). The wines are on the right wall and the center of the store and are organized by the country they were made in- pretty neat! I can never walk out with just one bottle of wine as there are so many to try. The prices are fairly cheap as well. They have the best prices compared to the other shops that are around the neighborhood, but it's really their aesthetically pleasing interior that tops them above their competitors. read more

All around solid liquor store. The place is pretty large (for a strip mall), so they're bound to have something for ya. Take a few minutes to check out the bottles lined up in the center of the room as they have some decent sales from time to time. The employees are nice when you talk to them, but are just kinda there if you don't make the first move. There is a double fridge area for chilled booze, but it's not large, so prepare to chill on your own. Kudos for their hours! Open at 9am in case you're headed to a brunch and forgot the 'secco. There is always some type of wine/booze tasting as soon as you walk in the door which is also a plus.All spirits are well organized, although layout is a bit narrow so if the store is crowded, it gets a bit tight. The selection in this store is crazy I always get sidetracked when I'm in here and buy more than I came for. The building is very clean, well lit and has a very open feel to it. Its very easy to get lost in the rows and rows of wine that they have for sale. The staff is pretty helpful too, I was having trouble locating a particularly obscure vintage of wine for my mother's birthday and one of the employee's helped me find it. While Pavilion may not have the sheer quantities of different wines and liquors that larger retailers, like Bottle Value, might sell, I would say that they have a larger and more significant range of products. On three separate occasions now I've gone into the store because they had products that couldn't be found anywhere else nearby. I enjoy shopping here and I always find interesting new drinks to try. read more

It is all about the prices. I called to ask about the famous "email list" and was told by the employee they did not have one. She also asked someone else and they said the same. I am going tonight and will ask in person. As for the prices the sales they run are unbeatable, especially in the Plainview area... WOW !!! I also never had a bad experience with the staff. This staff is always on the phone and not very helpful. Last night was the last straw... After selecting a few bottles for a dinner party I was having, I went to pay. The cashier who was swiping the UPC codes on the bottle hit the bottles I was holding and it broke getting wine all over my coat. After standing there without as much as an apology from the staff who just did it, I politely asked if they would honor the dry cleaning bill (thought it would be the right thing to do, as I was just standing there). This request was received with obnoxious looks and accusations that this was my fault. If they were apologetic and offered to pay for the dry cleaning bill (if the wine ever comes out), I would've said it was ok, and never brought the bill... but the disrespect and arrogance of the employees was disgusting. Maybe someone should let them know there are about 5-10 other wine and spirit stores in a 3 mi radius. I wont be returning here. read more

Frequently not helped here, despite the fact that I drink booze like a fish drinks water (okay I'm not sure that fish *drink* the water they're in, but you get the idea). Today, no one said a word to me unprompted. I had to ask for my checkout total. I wasn't welcomed, I wasn't thanked. A simple "thank you" is all I'm looking for. They have a website with prices that are lower then the sticker price in the store. When I arrived at the store and wanted the website price, they asked me to show them THEIR website price, which I looked up on my iphone. They begrudgingly accommodated me. Not sure if they realize that people now comparison shop on the web ie .. wine searcher and visit stores with the best prices (especially when purchasing high end red wine). I have to agree with both Bill and Trudy. Great liquor store. They are both unbelievably cheap compared to others (when on their email) otherwise always reasonable. They seem to have almost everything. And the staff is very helpful. The store is broken down for wines mostly by region, not by type... which has both good points and bad depending what you are looking for. read more

The parking is impossible..it's actually dangerous. Everytime I went in there the person behind the counter is always on the phone. When I've asked for help he responds wait a minute!!! I would give zero stars if I could. This place is the worst! I ordered a case of wine online and sent it as a gift to friends. Unfortunately, UPS couldn't deliver and the wine was returned. Despite my phone number being on the order, they neither contacted me nor credited my card. I only found out about this 3 months later when I asked our friends if they enjoyed the wine. They said "what wine?". When I called to find out what happened, the owner was incredibly rude, and lied about several things, including giving me a false name. It took me 3 weeks and about 10 phone calls to get my money back, and they refused to refund the shipping. These people are sleazy! You have been warned! read more

Becoming known for bait and switch. Several of us have tried to purchase wines listed in their published ads and they won't honor the price. They run the ad time after time. Great prices in their ads.......but they don't have many of the top shelf liquors that they advertise. Bait and switch. I have tried 3 times over the last 6 weeks to purchase advertised items (Beveldere Vodka, 1.75 LTR (twice) and Russian Standard Vodka 1.75 LTR). I was told that they were out of stock. The truth was that they never had it because I've been in the store many times and it was never there. Go elsewhere and pay a few dollars more. read more
