Luckily thanks to Eggwhites service I was able to have the appetizers brought to me at the bridal suite onsite but still, if I could go back to have some of those mushroom risotto spoons right now I would. Luckily, I made up for it by indulging in as many mac and cheese bites as I could during late night bites! On top of that, the presentation was absolutely beautiful. The guests raved for weeks afterwards about the quality of the service. The staff at Eggwhites are a team of outstanding professionals and I would trust them to handle any event big or small. Sarah worked me with throughout the process to choose the best menu and deal with big and small changes and I really appreciated that I saw her helping out the wedding planner deal with something that was really important to me during the wedding and completely unrelated to the catering.
