Ahhh I am so pleased with Paw a' La Rent! My only complaint is I wish she wasn't so booked up! Definitely book as early as possible, because a lot of times the soonest appointment will be a month out. Claudia was great to work with though. She sent me a message when she was a few minutes away and arrived promptly. I met her on the street of my apartment complex and it was easy for her to find a spot. Chalupa, who is usually pretty shy with new people, was comfortable with her right away. It was convenient that we could just wait in our apartment while she got groomed. It only took about an hour and she looked absolutely perfect after! The bow was a perfect touch. Her fur was so soft and she trimmed her back legs as much as possible just like I had asked. I love Claudia! I first found her during Covid days and never went with another groomer thereafter. So convenient that she comes to you and does a great job. She does my 2 dogs (Aussie doodle and wiener dog mix). They both love her. My Weiner dog used to get super nervous but she always puts him at ease. She always leaves them smelling and looking good and of course super clean. I've heard horror stories of groomers in my area abusing dogs and them coming home scared/wetting themselves but definitely never had to worry about that with Claudia. With her demeanor towards animals you just know she's in it for all the right reasons. I also love that during seasons/holidays she dresses them up and has them pose. My dogs are happy so I am happy. We have been using Paw a'La Rent for approximately 2 years now. During covid, it was convenient for us to hire a mobile groomer for our pup because we were both working from home. Tofu used to have really bad separation anxiety so we chose to hire a mobile groomer just so we can be close by. Their services are so reliable that we haven't had the need to search for an alternative! Booking an appointment was easy! I can text Claudia or I can book online through Yelp, which was convenient because sometimes I'd forget to text her. Each appointment could take up to 2 hours - which we didn't mind because Tofu was getting the works. He always came back with a cute little bow tie or bandana, and we'd keep it on him for as long as we can. When we first got Tofu, he hated baths. We tried to bathe him at home on our own, but he would become aggressive the minute the water stopped. However, since hiring Claudia and her team to groom Tofu, he no longer fears taking baths at home between grooming appointments. We still hire Claudia and her team because Tofu's fur grows like crazy (he's a malti-poo) and we don't know how to trim him yet. He tends to be very fussy!! The worst hair cut ever and incomplete grooming. Their website really tricked me! For the price of 120 the groomer didn't clean and cut my pets hygiene areas. Trimmed nails but forgot to filed them. Complete miss representation of her services. I explained and even sent a photo as requested of my pet, a 10 pound Yorkie. When I contacted her about not completing the service as requested, she gave all kinds of excuses. Totally unprofessional You had the audacity to respond to my honest review of the un acceptable services or lack there of. .. You broke my privacy rights and my babies as well by making public her medical needs as well as revealing her name in a public forum. You asked for a picture and I sent it to you. So you knew what type of haircut you were supposed to do. I didn't ask you to use a razor so her skin tags were not in your way You were supposed do a simple trim! Of course she had anxiety. It was 102 degrees outside and your small trailer didn't have air conditioning. I didn't realize that until I came to get her and saw her panting and very nervous. That is why she was not able to stand. I am thankful she didn't suffer a heat stroke. Also, you moved from the site I dropped her off without letting me know. I don't know where you had taken her and I was in a panic. I didn't realize how vulnerable my baby was when I hired your mobile services. Thanks to your lack of professionalism, I will not hire mobile pet service again. You have no empathy or compassion for animals read more

When she first came to groom my pup, she had to deal with my overly scared and anxious dog barking in her face and shaking... she took so much extra time walking her and getting acquainted to make my dog feel comfortable- and she is not comfortable around strangers- she came out looking so clean and she was so happy and in such a good mood. The second time was just for a nail trim but she came all the way to my house just to trim her nails and deal with my dog being bratty for a second time.
