Dongalor relaxed a lot here and really was able to be himself. He had to stay for about a week but Denise kept him occupied, happy, and even let him run around the shop a little bit since he was so well behaved. It was the perfect scenario and we were so grateful to her! The cat dishes are all crystal and the cabinets are cleverly designed, the cats have plenty of space! We hope not to need to use a boarding place again soon (because being away from our cat is tough!) We have brought our dog here since we've had him, he's about 1.5 years old. He loved it, we were so…read morehappy. Daycare and boarding was great. HOWEVER, we received a call that our dog had a scratch during daycare and it "didn't happen there." It sounded like no big deal. When we picked him up, there was a gash/hole on our dog's side. It looked like he might have gotten stuck on a toy or the fence and rippled himself out. I don't blame Four Season's for him getting hurt there. What I will blame them for is for lying, saying it didn't happen there, and making it sound like no big deal. We had to rush him to the vet when we picked him up and he needed four staples. He was put on antibiotics for a week and we had to put a shirt on him. Like I said, I don't blame them for my dog getting hurt but we will not bring our dog back here because I don't want to be lied to. Also make a note, there were Facebook photos uploaded showing him before the incident and after proving it 100 percent happened there.
