This is my third visit here, and I feel like that says everything right there--but I still need to…read moresay more. The first time I came, I honestly thought it was a fluke. The level of compassion, the patience, the fairness in pricing--it almost felt too good to be true. The second visit confirmed it wasn't a fluke. And now, after our third visit, I can confidently say: this place is truly special. I brought in my sweet chocolate lab, Blue, who was dealing with a pretty bad ear infection. From the moment we walked in, the care and attention we received were on another level. Derek took the time to thoroughly clean and flush her ears--not rushed, not careless, but gentle and intentional. He even showed me how to properly do it myself at home, which I appreciated more than I can say. That kind of education and transparency is rare. Then the doctor--Dr. A (last name started with a Z, I wish I remembered it better)--absolutely blew me away. Instead of jumping straight into the exam, he took the time to connect with Blue first. He recognized immediately that she's a sensitive girl and doesn't love strangers. So what did he do? He got down on the floor with her. He talked calmly, gave her space, and let her come to him. Within minutes, she went from anxious and panting to calm and trusting. I've never seen anything like it. He was then able to examine her completely--from nose to tail--without stress, without force, without fear. That alone speaks volumes about his skill and character. What also meant a lot to me is that he took the time to listen to everything I had to say--even my more holistic approaches (as my husband jokingly calls it, my "hocus pocus"). He didn't dismiss me. He respected me. He explained things clearly and made me feel confident that my dog is in great health overall. He also had an honest conversation with me about the risks of not spaying at her age, but in a respectful way--no pressure, no judgment. They truly respect your choices as an owner while still giving you the information you need. That balance is rare. At a time when so many places feel rushed, transactional, and overpriced, this clinic is the complete opposite. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and fair. I am beyond grateful to have found them. Bleu is already feeling better, and I feel better knowing she's in such good hands.

Today I called and got an answer back someone there office messed up and didn't put it in the computer and now I have nothing only a memories and pictures. Even though the girl offers a card of her nose print and a paw I really wanted the clay mold. 210.00 is not what was important it was this sweet loving dog I see before me as a memento. I feel like I'm dying all over again. I'm very disappointed on how someone in the office just didn't double check while putting it in the system or telling the place she was cremated at.

I had the privilege of being seen by Dr. Alexis Awrey and she was so very kind! So informative and every single person I interacted with was genuinely so pleasant. Put my heart at ease because my pup is genuinely my world. They handled my little Juno with the upmost care and answered the million new dog mom questions I had. It's really difficult finding sincere pet care. I'm so glad I found them! We recently had to buy a new car, so funds were really tight. They were so transparent about costs and I really appreciated that. Thank you so much to every single staff member i had the pleasure of meeting today. I can tell you all love what you're doing and I look forward to Juno's next round of shots next month!

My 9month old boy cat had a urine blockage. It wasn't severe but I didn't not want to get to that…read morepoint. Took him to a local hospital and after the $85 visit fee, they came back with an estimate of $6,330!!! Needless to say I ran out of there. They wouldn't even help. 3 years ago I brought my small senior dog for an emergency surgery and Calimesa vet clinic helped me a lot and so I brought my boy to them. Right away they brought him in and started on the procedure. Spoke to the doctor and went over the procedure. The vet tech came out with the first estimate of $3600. After going over what was essential to get him stabilized, the total came out to $2600. WAY better and reasonable than the $6300 I got at the other place. They even gave me a credit for over payment which shows how honest they are. They also texted me at midnight with picture and update of my boy, I'm forever grateful to the doctor and all the techs. Calimesa Vet clinic is my forever choice. Highly recommended

Everybody else in town refused to see my cat . I had no choice, but to come here . And that was a big mistake . They always like to sneak around do things behind your back. Try to charge you for it . And they demand that you let them do a urine analysis and the last time instead of just asking me if it was OK to do all this, they jammed a needle into my cats bladder !!! this vet has been known to for treatments on animals that don't need it and when I called the veterinarian medical board on them, I thought maybe things might have changed but no, they tried to take advantage of me charge me $700 for the emergency, but there wasn't a single soul in there?!? My cat is traumatized, hiding under the bed. my cat is Crying why? because when I walked in the back even though the lady told me I couldn't go back there. I did it anyways, and I found a bunch of them holding her down and ganging up on her and I just said get your hands off my pet and I'm gonna take her home. At least I saved her from being tortured to death from these monsters. All the one star reviews are true, even if it's an emergency is better that they just die peacefully at home then be tortured to death. UPDATE:: My cat seems fine..today.. I will keep a close eye on her.. If you red the other reviews..they litterally conviced a precvious owner to euthanize their baby when it wasnt nessacary and wouldnt even give them the animals remains unless they forked over an additional 1k. y! . Just Greedy and Glutionous.. make me sick. We all need to put them out of buisness. The last time I called on them it was for Stabbing my cats stomach with a needle trying to get a bladder draw Without asking for permission..
