I reached out to Mike because I had seen his amazing photography and I really wanted to capture this sweet dog's personality on film to attract more views/applicants for her. She had been picked up off the streets and it seemed that she was probably used for breeding and never treated as a pet because she was totally unsocialized and had some issues like food aggression, resource guarding, etc. I wanted to give honest, candid information to the rescue org so that they could find a right fit for her, but I needed help evaluating her. Mike kindly came to our home and spent some time getting to know her before our photo session. He then suggested that his wife Tiffany and daughter Addy could be part of the photo session and could give me some feedback about the dog's temperament, see how she is with children, how she does in a setting with lots of activity (the park), around other dogs, people, excitement, etc., so smart! The photographs came out great, showing this pups beautiful, gentle side AND I was able to learn so much about her as a result of Tiffany & Addy handling her and participating in the photo shoot. I recommend them so highly - I love their work, their heart for rescue animals and I think they are wonderful people!
