She was fairly outgrown and I showed Yan some photos of cuts I liked and he did exactly want I wanted. YAY! He even texted me to ask if I wanted to come peek at her to make sure I was happy with what he had done. Our dog is 57 pounds with poodle type hair so I know she's not an easy dog to groom but he did a fabulous job! Appreciate their communication on arrival time, etc as well. Previously, Marco groomed my dog then once we moved we got partnered with Yan. Both groomers are great and very patient with my unpredictable dog as she doesn't like getting groomed. My dogs been getting better at handling groomings thanks to the great and patient team. Typically, it is $130 for a full grooming, bath, nail trim, etc, which I think is worth it since they come to you and finish within a few hours. Update: Management has reached out to me to apologize and offered another service in the future free of charge by another groomer that works under their business. Adding an extra star due to good customer service. I will update this review again in the future once the service is received since we are open to trying again with another groomer of theirs once my dog's hair grows longer. Original 3 star review: I had really wanted my yorkie to get the best grooming possible which is why I was willing to spend $160 for a haircut for long hair breeds and bath... Disappointed and saddened is how I feel since despite me and my husband having stated multiple times in the groomer's preferred language to leave the hair on the top/sides of my yorkshire terrier dog's face long...our dog was presented to us with short uneven bangs that people have told us look like an "Edgar" cut. We had loved the hair on her face and we had a goal of growing it out much longer. We had shown the groomer a reference picture of what we wanted but still her head hair was cut off.. We were not consulted before he decided to go against what we asked for. What I will say is at least my dog was not hurt and the body was cleaned up nicely but...if I am paying $160 and even select a long haired breed hair cut option, I am expecting a much better outcome -- like at the very minimum, following directions. I would not recommend this business for long haired dog breeds like yorkies if there's a specific cut desired that's not just the groomer acting on his own. I was quoted $75 by another place to have gotten this service done so I am saddened I went with the premium option since I did not get what I clearly asked for. read more
