Update: Paw Patch is still the best! We saw Dr. Pursley this year and she is great as well! They are so gentle and caring with our fur babies, ask if we want anything to drink once we arrive, and give us all the FaceTime we need. Thankfully it's not too much b/c they are still young and healthy, but so glad to know we have a wonderful vet if anything comes up.

What an amazing veterinarian and staff! Such a breath of fresh air in comparison to most animal clinics. This place is so clean, friendly, welcoming and comfortable that you almost feel like you're at home. Dr. Banner has years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable. Her compassion and love for all animals is so very apparent in her treatment and care. You're not treated like a number. You're treated with kindness. I'm so happy to have found this gem for my dogs!

During this crazy time of Covid, I wound up adopting 2 feral kittens who had been trapped during a TNR effort. One of my older cats died in July and I felt that getting new kittens might help her sister move on. The kittens I adopted were mostly healthy but I was having an ongoing issue with diarrhea with both of them. The vet I had been using wasn't effective, so on the recommendation of my neighbor, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Banner. The very first time she saw them she called me after drop off and asked a ton of questions. After hearing that they were former ferals, she asked if she could test for clostridium perfringens, which is a digestive bacteria common to drinking from contaminated water sources. The test came back positive and within 2 weeks of being medicated and being given probiotics, my kittens were healthy and the litter box issue had been solved. Every drop off was remote from the parking lot, but Dr. Banner made it a point to come out twice and speak to me in person (properly masked) and to compliment my kittens. So far I've been extremely happy with the staff and the service they've provided. I'll be taking the kittens in to be neutered in November and will report back then. But I'm sure that they will be amazing.

Truly love he best veterinarian and staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Dr. Baker and her staff offer intelligence, compassion, hard work and caring. This is a veterinarian clinic that excels in traditional Alpharetta and Roswell veterinarian care and pet grooming.

Such a happy girl after Dr. Banner and her staff helped her feel better!!

Dr. Banner is amazing. She did so much for the quality of life for one of our fur babies, I have to write her a glowing review!!! One of our cats has some ongoing breathing health problems. She acts a certain way when she's hurting, and when we noticed she was acting like she was in pain, we took her to her old vet, who glanced at her teeth, said they looked fine and sent her home. We took her to Dr. Banner at Paw Patch for a second opinion. We know our girl, and something was wrong. Sure enough, there was! Dr. Banner was able to help her and now our girl is home and bouncing around our apartment like a kitten on catnip. It is absolutely worth driving from Midtown to Roswell for Dr. Banner's expertise. Thank you Dr. Banner!!!

First, my old lady terrier mix had an ear infection that my typical treatment of ear cleaning could not resolve, so I brought her in for professional care. A few weeks later, my heart dog had developed a nasty case of the itchies on his underside, so I brought him in for some relief. I saw a different doctor on each visit but both were great in their own way. I felt like my pups were in good hands the whole time. I followed each doctor's recommendations for my babies and their issues cleared up almost instantly. I really like that they have an online account where I can request appointments or review my pets' histories and treatments. I also love how friendly and helpful everyone on staff is. Not only did they make me feel comfortable, but they eased my old girl's nerves and much to my surprise, let my heart dog, Rex, put his guard down. I normally have to keep a muzzle on him when outside of the house because he can be unpredictable and I worry that he might get nippy with a vet, especially a new one. That was not the case here at all. Rex was on his best behavior and seemed to even enjoy his visit, which is a first for him. He was so relaxed that I took his muzzle off just before they were going to give him a shot. I worried that he might react negatively to the shot but he took it like a champ and loved the attention he got from staff. He was in such a good mood, that I snapped a pic of him in the exam room and I swear he was so happy, he looked like he was smiling! I like Paw Patch Animal Clinic, which is where I had first taken Rex when I moved from Miami, but I switched to CAC because it was closer to my house and I am glad I did since my baby really likes it there. I was provided with an estimate ahead of time and given an opportunity to accept or decline the vet's recommendations. Neither visit was particularly cheap (nothing really is these days), but I felt like the costs were reasonable considering the quality of service provided. CAC will definitely be my preferred vet from now on and I am happy to offer this enthusiastic recommendation on their behalf!

Our French Bulldog, Bella, is paralyzed in her hind legs and was struggling with chronic UTIs and recurring ear infections. We were forced to move from Rose's Animal Hospital (unfortunately they closed), and we moved to CAC, who had months to address these issues. Instead, they kept bringing us back in, running the same expensive tests over and over, and prescribing the same antibiotics without ever getting to the root of the problem. The bills piled up and we were CONSTANTLY bringing her in, but more concerning was the complete lack of genuine concern for ACTUALLY treating and resolving her issues. We finally left CAC- frustrated, exhausted, and no longer willing to watch Bella suffer with these recurring issues. Within ONE MONTH of switching to Roswell VETS4PETS, the difference in Bella's health was finally resolved. Their vets identified the underlying allergies causing her ear problems and created a real care plan for reducing UTIs. She has done a complete 180 since being under their care. If you love your pet and want real solutions- not endless bills and bandaid fixes- go to VETS4PETS. I cannot recommend them enough. CAC should be ashamed of the way they operate and should seriously reflect on their priorities as a veterinary clinic.

Unfortunately, there is a vet there now that does not treat people as they should be treated. He did not speak to me(f) or look me in the eye, he only spoke to my male(m) companion. When I was emotional about the content of the visit, he was visibly uncomfortable with my tears and left the room. He did not return. He is racist, misogynistic and sexist. I will not allow him to treat my animal ever again. It was gross.

They asked me to bring her in, and they always bring her out of view, even for an exam which I found odd. But this time, she came back into the room fully traumatized. The vet had pulled a few top stitches and mentioned a staple. All I know is I could not get near that area without her freaking out when we left. Also, he was concerned she might have a deep infection and told me that we needed to get a culture. He also wanted me to buy topical antibiotics for her incision. He walks out and the medical tech walks in and tells me that's going to be $200 for a culture. First of all, she's not running a fever, there was no significant redness in that area, nor pus just weeping, and no additional swelling from that time I took her home from being spade. Being medical, I definitely questioned this culture and decided to hold off until four days later when I would be coming back to have the rest of the stitches removed on top of knowing that I was using a topical antibiotic in the interim. The female vet that I saw for follow up was very kind and informed me that my dog was having a type of allergic reaction or sensitivity to that particular suture material. That made a lot of sense to me and actually once the sutures removed, she healed up beautifully. So i not has my medical background I would've unnecessarily spent an extra $200. I'm also quite shocked. He did not recognize what she immediately told me. Also, the medication that cost over $30 was pumped into a medication bottle. So they have this big bottle in the back that they're just pumping into a bottle and then way upcharging. Nice. Fast forward to today. My dog ate something she shouldn't have and I tried to get it out of her mouth but she ate it before I could get to it. I called the vet and they told me that's emergent and could I be there in 30 minutes. I said I would call right back. I called back and said it was going to be, about 35 minutes to get there and that would put me there about 530, and they close at six. They told me that that was too late. I said you guys told me this is an emergency, and you're refusing to see her? Wow, amazing care! He didn't even apologize or show great concern. I thankfully found a vet MUCH closer to my house and they were amazing. Shame on this place for trying to overcharge for things they shouldn't, for trying tomaking negligent charges, and as far as care here? What a joke! I will never step foot in this place again and my friend who referred me is also leaving after hearing what I had to say. Too many options to settle for this!
