This is the ONLY salon I go to in Clemson! Their customer service is impeccable! I have been consistently going to this salon, and my last time I didn't have the best experience. I knew how much I loved this salon and felt like they would make it right and that is exactly what they did. They were extremely kind, apologetic, and proactive on making sure I was given the best set of nails possible. I have never experienced such great customer service. They are so kind, so caring, and so generous to students, as they give student discounts. Also, side note to my favorite nail tech, Dorcas! She is so wonderful and made sure every detail of my experience was perfect. She took her time on my nails, and made a simple set of cherry red dip nails look FABULOUS! I was stunned! Also, they stayed on for 4 weeks and looked pretty decent at the end - which is rare. Love her, love this salon! I booked my appointment a week in advance and when I walked in to check-in they told me it would take an hour till they would be able to help me. I proceeded to wait for over two hours for my appointment. Since I waited two hours I no longer could get both my manicure and pedicure done. Do not come here if you have a busy schedule. In addition this place called the cops on me for theft after telling me I did not have to pay for my visit this time due to their inadequacies. Worst nail salon I have ever experienced! read more

I wish I could give negative stars. I booked an appointment about a week in advance to just get an acrylic fill in. I get to the salon and am just told to sit in a chair with no further information. I end up sitting there for over half an hour before they apologize and have someone take my color off. With in five minutes of this I am bleeding on four fingers. I get my nails done every three weeks for the past four years and have NEVER experienced a nail salon this bad. 11/10 would NOT recommend. read more

Please avoid going here, they try to scam you to pay more money. I called and asked how much it was to fix a nail (that i got done a week prior) and they said $5. I get there and the man that works there gave me a coffin stiletto shaped nail (my nails are square) so I kindly told him that it wasn't right and now I would need a new nail. He rolled his eyes at me. He put the new nail on incorrectly might I add and now when it's time to put the same color as the rest of my nails they all of a sudden don't own that color anymore (i got my nails done last week) and I told them numerous times I didn't have the time or money to get all my nails redone and they told me not to worry about it and it would be fine. The man that did my nails was very rude and he continuously rolled his eyes at me. My $5 nail fix turned into $35 I could not get out of and my new nail is completely jacked up.
