I guess I will have to update on how my nails held up, but these people were so rude I will never consider coming back. It was almost awkward in there because they were rude so no one was talking. This guy dug his long nail into my friend and I's nails, I had a hang nail and my friend had an ingrown nail and he just kept hurting us. He made another one of my nails bleed. I'm not really particular at all about nails, so far they look good-but I don't get why they were so mean. He kept telling me to scoot up so that my hand was over the counter, it made me uncomfortable. read more

Worst, most unprofessional service I have ever recieved. I had an appointment for 5:30, and my time was NOT respected. All I wanted was SNS. Too many times to count, the nail tech Emily threw me to the side to go and talk to her co workers in Vietnamese unreasonably loudly. She would sit there in front of me and answer her cell phone, text, she even got up to go outside to talk to someone out there. All while this is going on, I'm sitting there with half done nails until 7:00 pm where I can feel the whole staff looking at me and talking about me. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

When I first moved to the area last July, I asked a friend for a nail salon recommendation and she told me about tammys. Ever since I wouldn't think about getting my nails done anywhere else. They are extremely accommodating and honest when it comes to wait time, usually recommending that you call ahead. The staff is extremely talented, and never rush through a service. Ive never left without being extremely satisfied with my nails! Any time anyone asks me for a recommendation, I always point them to Tammys! read more

Worst experience ever! Got a gel manicure and pedicure 3 days ago and both already chipped. Guy doing my nails didn't touch my cuticles and filed my nails uneven. There was polish all over my fingers. So unpleasant and disappointed. waste of time and Money read more

The person doing my nails was continuously answering phone calls and not paying attention to what he was doing. I got dip powder and he sliced into my nail with the tool, cracked my whole nail, and left deep dents in my other nails. Afterward I noticed that there was fuzz and specs all trapped in my nail polish. I will not be going back. read more

I have been coming here for about 3 months and have never had an issue until today. I got a pedicure and SNS on my fingernails. The pedicure was very messy and there was polish all around my nails that was not cleaned up. A different lady did my SNS and this was by far the worst experience I have EVER had getting my fingernails done. She was very rough and extremely rude. If I was holding my arm or hand the way she wanted, she would sigh very loudly and bend my arm or hand to where she wanted it. She also did not paint the clear polish all the way to each side of my nails making it very bumpy. When I pointed this out she very rudely said that she was not finished yet. Never in my life have I experienced someone so rude and rough as she was. Definitely will not be back! read more

First time going to Tammy's for my nails. I got acrylic and less than a week later I had nails breaking. I called them and told them what happened and the lady's response was "we are booked today, we can't take you." Highly disappointed with the service and them not being willing to squeeze me in to fix their mistake. Will not be going back. read more

Had a walk in mani-pedi. No wait time. The employee s are courteous and listen the customers carefully my work was done within an appropriate length of time and with thorough attention. Looks fabulous! Although I have been to more luxurious salons I am happy with the atmosphere, work, and price at Tammy's. I plan to come back. read more

I had always heard great things about Tammy's so I decided to give them a try. I got a pedicure which was okay. Depends on what you like. They didn't really focus on dead skin around the nail, but they did do a good job smoothing the skin on the heel. So when it was time to get my manicure I told her I wanted a manicure AND gel polish. Then I said instead of the gel polish I want to do powder instead. So she immediately starts to dip my nails. No trim, no filing, no attention to the cuticle, no attention to the dead skin beside the nail. So she dipped 2 nails in a clear base powder, and I asked "what about the manicure" she replied "I do after." I have never gotten my nails done and then had a manicure after and continued to dip them. I am the type of person that I feel as though I am spending my hard earned money I want them to look good. She had dipped maybe 4 nails when I said nevermind, I will get the manicure and everything later. She said ok and charged me 10 extra dollars for what she did to my nails, which was nothing but made 4 of them rough. I asked what the extra 10 was for and she said I did your nails, I replied no you didn't and she insisted that she did. Whatever, I paid her and let her know that I felt her service was poor. She then got an attitude. I will never go to or recommend this place to anyone! read more

I have always had a good experience here. The prices are very fair, the wait time is reasonable and I've recommended Tammy's to lots of my friends. However, today when I went to get a fill in I had a male employee (spiky blonde hair, I was too flustered throughout this experience to get his name) who was very rude and aggressive with my hands which caused me to be a little tense during the fill in. While buffing my nails before putting on polish he pushed the drill into several of my cuticles causing them to bleed. When I pulled my hand away, instead of apologizing or helping me to clean my bleeding cuticles he insisted if I had not been so tense that he wouldn't have cut them. I was polite and said okay. Before he applied polish I paid and tipped generously. As he finished polishing he grabbed my hand to see if the polish was dry smudging the polish on my thumb nail and became visibly angry with me and blamed me for messing it up. I left without saying anything; however, I will not be returning in fear I have this employee work with me again. read more
