I was very worried about how she was going to react to being groomed as she loves MUD but hates baths. I spoke with Julie and she made me feel very comfortable- that she could handle her. And had the time to do it at the last minute. When I picked my baby up I think she was more than happy to just stay and play! She was beautifully clean and smelled great! Julie's was a very clean building- the dogs there were all in clean cages- and I was very impressed with the large area of the shop. I am very glad to find this shop and I will be bringing all my dogs to Julie's for ever more. And another plus- very affordable! That is mentioned last because the safety and comfort of my furry baby is first in my mind and price is dead last- but I was very happy all around. We tried another groomer a few months back which was very dramatic and upsetting, so I was very nervous for this test drive with Bubbles. However I decided to take a chance with Bubbles & Brushes. I brought my puppy in for full works. He is a 14lb Shichon (it is cross between Bichon Frisé and Shih Tzu). I love how my baby looks. He is nice and fluffy and face is perfect. When you drop off your pets you can see their facility, it's an open floor model, they are not hiding anything. I love that they set a time for you and then you come back as soon as he's done. My pup seemed less stressed after this groom when we got home and was playful right away. They were even able to do a mohawk!!! I am definitely coming back, I believe we have found our new groomer!!! Paula and her daughter work as a team and they are amazing. My pup took to them like they were old friends. They treat you and your dog very well. The service was fantastic. They were quick, yet they take time to make your dog feel at home and relaxed. I feel that you can trust them and your pet gets the royal treatment. I was surprised how reasonable their services are. My dogs were treated with so much love & extra kindness, including extra hugs & doggie rundowns by Ashley & Peyton that I actually felt kind of silly for worrying.
