When we got him back, he was shaved all over including the top of his head, ears, and tail - No custom cut as requested. They did not give him a summer cut leaving the top of his hair, ears, or tail. This is so unacceptable. I'm not sure if the groomer did not want to take the necessary time to scissor those areas or what. They then had the audacity to bill my husband $120 which sound like the platnium price for a poodle which should have includes a custom hair cut; however, all they did was shaved/butched him and did not provide the custom cut as requested. He did not look like my same dog when we received him back.

I work nights and arranged (and PAID) for someone to help pick my dog up since I knew I might oversleep. The lack of communication, answer, or courtesy is unacceptable. If appointments can't be honored, at least let customers know. This was a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional.

They were spot on with his Grooming. He has looked absolutely wonderful. Every time we have picked him up and we've had absolutely no problems and loved every single different groomer that we've had. I would say that we've been absolutely 100% pleased so far with everything that they have done. We've even done the white wash or white special because our dog is 95% white and he looks so good when he is done there.
