I received a call from one of the owners. I was told that Maggie had a little blood in her urine. IK was told that she was eating and drinking just fine. We decided to see how she was in a few hours. When I called back. I was told there was no more blood. I felt comfortable after speaking with the owner. He said he would keep an eye on her. He would let me know if there was any changes. The pictures I have attached are what I saw after getting home with her, Needless to say there is no excuse for the lack of care and concern for my dog. I took her to the vet emergency office. she was diagnosed with a severe and painful bladder infection. I called and told the owner what happened. He was very rude and was arguing with me. They took no responsibility what so ever. BEWARE who you board your pets with. Completely unacceptable.

The atmosphere was welcoming and super family friendly. If you are looking for a spot to board your pup, dog daycare, dog grooming, drink beer, hang out with friends and dogs or enjoy their trivia on Thursdays; I highly recommend! On the boarding/dog side of things, it is well maintained, the cottages for boarding are spacious and the play yard is a dogs dream come true!

Access is from the Centennial Trail. The closest parking is on West Suzanne Rd or you will have to park at the parking lot for Riverstone Park and walk over 1/3 mile to this dog run. This public dog run/park is being used mostly by the tenants of the adjacent Riverstone apartments. Add shading, more seating and better ground cover and this is a 3 star dog park/run. Fixed the drainage issue, add a small dog run and better access and this could be a 4 star dog run/park.

It's pretty large, but has only one small bench that about three people can sit upon. A smallish canopy and a few trees here and there. Only two trash cans, one at the entrance, the other in the middle. Only one poop rake and scoop, at the middle trash can. (There was dog poop on the ground at the entrance.) There was a poop bag dispenser at the canopy, but it was empty, (this was on Thanksgiving Day). The water was turned off, so couldn't give the dogs any water to drink. Plenty of room for dogs to roam in the large dog pen. No place where humans can sit while their pups work out their energy. I took my two, small dogs and as the large pen was unoccupied, I let them roam there. One larger dog did come about ten minutes later and they all got along fine, so I let my small dogs continue to use the large pen. Don't expect to revisit. Not with being able to walk the dogs at Avista and English Point.

We had no trouble with anything the breeder did what so every. Hula had kidney trouble from a treat a friend would buy her when she came to visit and 2 years later it was called off the shelves. By that time it damages a little part of her kidney. Which our vet did everything possible to keep what she had healthy. But 16 is nothing to sneeze at and she ran around right till the end. Cordia, I'm not ready to get another Shima right now because I miss her so much. But when I'm ready I will be back for two. That was my only regret that she only had big dogs to play with and I had wish she had a buddy her size. Thank you so much for the best little Tea cup Shima ever. She looked the same until the end. She wasn't a barker, but she definitely was a talker. She loved playing with children and would run around them. She sat quietly for older people and ran like a speed racer. I'm sorry for the people who had not so good experience but we had nothing but greatness with hula girl. She graduated top of her puppy class, agility, and adult class. We were definitely blessed. Oh and she loved stand up paddling such and athlete like I said we were blessed with a smart and loving tea cup who thought she was a great dame!
