The office is lovely with a concierge feel to it. His equipment looks to be new and cutting edge current. This was quite refreshing after having experienced the very large group practice that I had initially started out with, who seemed to own the Grand Strand, leaving patients with very little in the way of options. Anyways, the exam machine was smudged from the women who didn't wipe it properly, I also had the machine placed at like my forehead, so I had to look up from an angle on a blurry lense due to the giant smear. No surprise, my prescription was completely different despite my eyes being the same measurement my whole life. Sure it's possible they changed, but such a big change when the machine was smudged and they refused to lower the machine to a lower position so I could just look directly ahead?? almost every single office has a free re-test if you suspect something is off within 30-90 days. But they refuse 7 days later. Tells you everything you need to know about these people. The Dr. Also accused me of being a liar. I wear 2 week lenses, and I told her my last dr said I could push it to 3 or 4 weeks and the 2 week thing was a marketing gimmick. She told me that's not true and I can't be doing that. I said no problem and I'll be strict on it. Despite that, she accused me of lying saying she doesn't believe me, and refused to write a new prescription and order contacts through her office, so now I have to go out of network and order myself online and cost myself a lot more $ She gave me a pair of 1 month long lenses, but told me I can't use them until I finish prescription eye drops because my eyes seemed irritated. Problem is, she didn't tell me how long I have to use these drops, and the prescription says to just use "as needed". But I don't know how long it's needed for. So I'm indefinitely not allowed to wear contact until I finish this entire container I guess? How am I supposed to know how long I need it when I couldn't even tell anything was wrong with my eyes? The arrogance of this women... she needs to grow up and the assistant who wiped down the equipment and ignored me when I said there's a big smudge needs a new career.

We left with more questions than we had answers fast-forward to today. We were charged $35 for three numbers that were written on a sticky note!! Due to. " attitude." if the job was done correctly, the first time then an attitude would not have been presented. I will be switching to indigo vision in Georgetown, and hopefully you do the same.
