Went back, and the sales guy said he would have to ask the owner. The owner proceeded to flip out and eventually, begrudgingly agreed to resurface the game. He did not. He went out of his way to be as rough as possible and it appears he intentionally went out of his way to damage it. The game does not work now (prior to being "resurfaced" it would read the game but wouldn't load completely. Just needed a "tune up"). If this is seriously how the OWNER is going to act to his customers, then I feel bad for anyone who ever encounters him in the future, professionally or, god forbid, personally. I can overlook the overpriced items, but I will never set foot again anywhere near this place, and will be recommending to all of my acquaintances to also avoid this maniac at all costs. Seriously, there are tons of pawn shops to go to around, I recommend any others.
