    Asked to have a mower desk installed & they quoted me 400-500 if all the parts are there & correct,…read moretractor was there a month not 1 call, I called every week for a update, was told it needed a install kit @ a cost of $1000 , plus extra time to install the kit, so probably about $2,000 with the kit, ok so I go in to pay the bill but they didn't need the kit after all but the bill was still $2300 ? They put on new blades & 2 filters & removed the $1000 kit & added $1000 for additional labor, $1,900 in labor ! Never again & suggest everyone stay away. By the way they didn't tell me that they didn't need ekit until after I paid the bill, then tried to tell me they had 60 hrs into installing a mower deck & then removing & installing again with the 2 correct brackets. I also said to please put my brackets that were wrong & put them in my bucket & surprise it was delivered with my parts ! Horrible customer service

    It looks like these guys have seen some bad press here. Let me provide another perspective…read more My John Deere lawn tractor lost its steering. It's a known issue on this model. I've replaced it before by myself but opted to let someone else take a run at it. James River out of Fishersville came and picked it up. They had it in the shop longer than I would have liked...but it's Spring. We ALL want our equipment repaired. They brought it back with a very reasonable repair bill. The steering failed again before I finished my yard! Stay with me. It gets better. I texted the service department that Friday evening, had a response first thing Saturday. Being a holiday weekend, they came to get it the next business day. Bright and early the following day it was back in my driveway, completely repaired. Here's the thing. Communications? A+ Cost of service? A+ Will I use them again? Absolutely! Everybody's human. These guys work hard to earn and keep your business.

Next day 5K removed from value on trade to blame research of tractor, but had all that information well before seeing it. I would never purchase from them again. or recommend anyone else do so for this shady tactics and poor customer service. prior to this I was a customer and spent 25K on equipment two years prior with them and returned thinking I would have a pleasant experience, that did not happen. they are no good and word is no good. do yourself a favor and travel to a different dealer. trust me it will be worth it.

    Went to many dealers before I purchased a Massey Feguson 4608. 80 hp with some "ass" to knock down…read moretrees and do utility and construction work. Had the dealer fabricate a plate to protect the loader hydraulics. Did a perfect job. With the tractor I purchased a heavy duty 84" box blade and heavy duty grapple and factory massey loader. I think the box blade fell off the truck from the vendor. Very nice heavy duty woods brand box blade. Dealer gave me touch up paint. All was good. I had some warranty issues but dealer stepped up on 3 occasions. Their mobile mechanics were awesome. I recommend this dealer without reservation. Make sure you talk to Steve Mallory in sales. He is very knowledgeable and understands customer service. Massey Ferguson corporate followed up with me and left messages. I was impressed with Massey. I am used to dealing with total idiots at verizon cox and direct tv. It is refreshing to know Massey actually cares. Nice job.
