I am so incredibly sad to say I bought this portable charger yesterday for my iPhone and it doesn't work. I personally should've known to try it out while there because I do business with a lot of pawn shops but I definitely didn't expect for it to not work plus I was in a hurry. I have bought a MK watch here before, & it worked perfect and a fair price. I am happy to say they are doing a refund for me, so it's to show they do care about there customers. Okay. I saw all these good reviews and decided to give it a try. I first came and started checking around. There are almost none of any good items that is under $10 like most comments about. So I decided to bring one of the $200 dollars, and see how much it is worth pawning. The lenses had been used couple time, and stay in working conditions. I've actually had an opportunity to work with them on several different occasions. I get there a pawnshop and that most of their experiences are probably not very positive. That said, my last couple of interactions I've shared quite a bit a light as to why. There's quite a bit of deceit on the part of staff that goes on and that was made crystal clear today. As suggested by a couple of fliers I had encountered I reached out to the location to inquire about sending pictures of firearms to a location for an estimate on price. I followed up as needed sent the pictures as requested then I was told to come in. I sent a text message just prior to heading over to ensure that my Requested price sat in line with their estimation. No answer, but I decide to go over anyways. Let me just say that I had pieces of equipment added on to the firearms that were priced at greater value than they were willing to offer me for the firearm itself. At the end of the day these guys are no better than use car salesman and so long as that's what you're expecting that's what you will Encounter. Just because you do business w seedy people doesn't mean you have to be Of lesser moral character. But w these guys lesser moral character is the norm And it's clear that it stems from the top. read more

I used to buy lots of tools and knives here but lately they've become internet price police. Gone are the days where you can throw out offers and expect a fair counteroffer. They get the merchandise cheap from poor struggling people so I can't see why they want retail prices for used merchandise. read more

i have never been so humiliated in my life as i was yesterday, trying to return an item that did not work and was told i had 24 hours to return with receipt, was like pulling teeth, but after i took the credit and applied it to a pawn i had in, it seems the staff could not find my item, but during their search, i found my item on the shelf with the green celephane they use to wrap the pawned items in was my item, but noooo, arguing my point, i ask for them to check the serial numbers, but i guess i m incompitent to know they are right and i am wrong, well they informed me they would contact in the morning, claiming the manager suggested that, so i am late for work, they have my money and how do i get there with not enough money for transportation, much less loss of wages, how dare 1st pawn treat me like an idiot for their blunder, oh by the way , they claim that was not my item because of their numbers and the serial number did not match all this after i stepped outside to compose, little do they know i marked that item and took a photo, if i am right, they lied, cheated and stole from me, so , who is held responsible, the state where their lisence come from or is it federal since they buy an sell firearms? one way or another, if that is my item, someone at that store best be having a good excuse for their un business like behavior and not willing to except that they dropped the ball, how many other items in that store are misplaced or sold without our knowing.,.,.some one best be paying my loss of wages and transportation. In all fairness i have always been treated well and with all due respect, do not understand why the weekend warriors get away with such behavior, the regular crew have been fair, but fact still remains, what will be done. read more
