I explained that 2 days prior Sun City was flooded with 3' of standing water in all the surrounding neighborhoods and on the next day I had the Celebration of Life services for my best friend to deal with. They were very insensitive and would not budge from the $80 late fee. I had used them on several different occasions so it wasn't like I was a new customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM. THERE IS A VERY NICE PAWN SHOP AT 103AVE AND OLIVE THAT IS MUCH MORE ACCOMMODATING.
