I tried showing him pictures and that they're selling for 4000 on reverb he didn't get it. He just didn't get it. He didn't see the difference between the 300 and the 5000 for some reason maybe it was close to clocking out I don't know They need to know the difference between the $300 fender and the $5000 fenders just saying. It would've been great for your inventory. But the guy passed on it thinking it was something else and you guys lost good money. I was gonna part with it for 30% of resale value. These guitars sell quick if you have the time to hold it like pawnshop does I didn't but I left 70% on the table for you guys and the guy passed not knowing anything it's sad to see. Your guys need more than a PhD in Google search and when eBay hasn't sold one because they're very rare it doesn't mean it's valueless. It means it's rare and valuable. Wow: this is the FIRST business I've been to that they're doing temperature checks at the front entrance! Bonus points for that. They used a handheld forehead thermometer & also have a full body temp scan but it wasn't working at the moment. They require masks to enter the store and all employees are masked up. Their jewelry inventory is vast. I only go here to buy cool sterling silver rings. This time I didn't find my perfect fit: they were low on jewelry b/c they'd had a liquidation sale. Employees working the jewelry counter are super friendly and patient (I try on lots of rings!). I have taken jewelry here to pawn but did not get a good offer. I highly recommend another place for that. So that's why only four stars. But as far as BUYING any kind of jewelry or musical equipment, as well as finding unusual items like the globe depicted, I like this shop. read more

This is definitely my go to place for guns and ammo. If it weren't for this pandemic ammo shortage I would definitely buy more and often but it is what it is. Don't believe the other poor reviews here about they're stereotyping. I also look young and prior military and they have always treated me with respect here. I believe you get treated the way you present yourself to be treated. That said, they do sell guns here so of course you have to give them understanding for being discreet with who they choose to do business and who they don't. I ordered a couple of firearms from their website, which was very easy to navigate. I received a very pleasant phone call letting me know that my guns were available for pickup a few days later. I went to pickup my firearms and was greeted at least four times by staff and was helped promptly. The guy that was doing my paperwork could not have been more personable and nice, I only wish it could remember his name. I've been here before to have a transfer and was told I needed my birth certificate due to my DL only having my middle initial. I never had this issue before. Anyways when I came in the guy asked me what I was picking up. I told him "sauer" or "sour" because I didn't know how to pronounce it but it was a 100rifle and I had it written down. It's my first time purchasing a hunting rifle as my dad is dying from cancer and he always wanted to teach my nephews to hunt so I thought okay I'll get a rifle and teach them. I have my ccw and am use to guns not rifles. Anyway the guy, I think his name was Henry, was rude and said "you need to know what your purchasing," in a very demeaning and rude tone of voice. I almost and should have said can you try that again but I fumbled and became nervous and shot back I know what I'm getting and I wrote it down. I then pulled out my phone where I had the specific make model including the caliber. He was so rude. Then he told me I needed my birth certificate. I explained I had already done a transfer there previously and I brought my birth certificate before and he told me I needed it for every purchase. I was furious. They are not consistent as I've picked up since then without bringing my birth certificate. Even the guy standing next to me said the guy was being an asshole so it wasn't just me. And I needed that validation because he obviously doesn't know how to handle or speak to women with respect. He spoke to everyone else with upmost respect but not me. Shame. When i asked to buy some ammo he changed his tone a little bit but at this point I was upset already. He made me feel stupid and I'm an educated woman with a masters degree. He can't expect every civilian going in there to know how to pronounce something. It was my first time purchasing a rifle, I own other guns (glocks, kimber, beretta, etc). When I returned with my birth certificate, I over heard him on the phone dealing with some personal issues which lead me to believe his mind was elsewhere and not at work. Still no excuse for rude customer service. Another gentleman helped me and was very kind and friendly. Had I not dealt with the other guy, my experience would have been pleasant. I rarely write poor reviews but unfortunately this experience really effected me and my entire day. I expect to be treated with respect and not talked down to. I'm done doing transfers there. Besides I've gone to another business to do a transfer and didn't need my birth certificate so I don't know why they need it. They also were VERY friendly and nice to me. My advice to the owner is to have a talk with that employee about how to speak to customers especially women who may be first time purchasers who don't know everything about guns. I agree they need to know what their purchasing but no excuse for how you spoke to me. He could have said, "Ma'am I just need to know the exact make and model to verify your picking up the gun you purchased," in a neutral tone of voice. That's all I wanted. I'm not asking a lot. If you have personal stuff going on at home then go home and handle your ish. Don't bring that work and treat people like crap. read more

I don't know how they measure it, but they're definitely not the largest gun shop in Phoenix. There are no open areas and everything is piled up and crowded. I'm glad there was only one other customer in there. It there were 15 people in there, I'd feel claustrophobic. They have a lot of inventory on certain items, like red dots and magazines. Unfortunately, everything is overpriced. Even for the phony crisis that we're in the middle of, their prices are higher than every other gun shop I've been to, and I've been to nearly all of them all over the valley. There were 3 guys working behind the counter and like I mentioned, there was only 1 other customer looking around, but the employees were too busy spewing BS to each other to worry about asking me if I needed assistance. I asked for help and 1 of them looked annoyed and as he got up and sauntered in my direction. I asked to look at a few items in glass cases that had to be unlocked. After opening 2 cases he started getting impatient and anxious to get back to his seat. This place in buried in a pawn shop and all of the employees pretty much fit the mold of a prototypical pawn shop employee. Which is like a mixture of a carnie that works the midway, an ex-convict, and a used car salesman. They all have a dead look in their eye's, like sociopaths that hate their job and the customers as well. I purchased an overpriced drum magazine for my 10/22, but I'm too impatient to order it online, so I over payed. I left there feeling anxious and dirty, like I had done something wrong that I should feel guilty for. This isn't a place I plan on returning to. The store is unpleasant to be in, the employees are cold, unapproachable, and unhelpful. If what I've described sounds good to you, enjoy, otherwise, I don't recommend spending money at this place. I regret giving them my money. I honestly don't know why anyone would be a return customer here, when we have so many options in the valley. All of them better options too. I wouldn't feel bad if this place went out of business. It'd probably bring a boost of positive energy for the neighborhood. I love shopping for guns and gun related items but not here. read more

I don't know much about this Pawn Shop cause I don't frequent them much, but, they do have an amazing bunch of Musical instruments! They have beautiful jewelry (Gotta Love that) and a bunch of it! They have tons of tools, power tools, men stuff, but it feels a little greesey walking through that part of the shop. To get to the musical instruments you have to walk through tons of guns & some scary looking people looking at the guns (That was a bit scarry) but the worst part is they have these scarry charactors in there too. You'd have to see it to understand. The Best part was that we got a Free DVD for checking in!! Thank you! I will be back for more jewelry!
