Heather is very responsive to all forms of communication. My cats are deathly afraid of people, but Heather was able to send me pictures of them hiding under the bed every day. She made the pick up and drop off of the key super easy and was available to work on a holiday. I appreciate the ability to pay online as well. I also like that she had us sign paperwork for vet treatment as needed ahead of time. She took the time to understand my dog's needs, her motivations, and how to best work with her. While I was in China for 10 days, Heather and her team were very accommodating and responsive with working with my boyfriend to take care of her. They took her for walks in the middle of the day, and texted my boyfriend a report each day with how it went. They gave her treats (with our permission) and lots of pets after each walk- so I know my dog was living the life of luxury! I was really thankful for Puget Paws, and would recommend them to anyone! My wife and I was looking for someone to take care of our 2 kids, a Siberian Husky and a Maltese, and have them join us for our wedding ceremony and Shelby from Keeping Up with Jack was the ONLY person who was willing to do that. We met Shelby to discuss the general flow, what we wanted and how she could help us. She also attended our wedding rehearsal to get to know the venue. I could thank Shelby enough for doing this for us because being able to have our 2 dogs joining us on our wedding day was simply priceless! While we were trying to take photos with our dogs after the ceremony, they were distracted by all the people around them and were not looking at the camera. Shelby improvised and got them to pay attention to her while she was standing behind our photographer. That got us some wonderful shots with our 2 dogs. If you want a responsible, caring, trustworthy person to take care of your dogs you should definitely go with Shelby!

We've been working with Erica for almost a year now, and our dog walking experience has been spectacular. She's transparent, reliable, professional, communicative, and trustworthy. Our pug, Killah is a senior gal (she sometimes has accidents, and her back legs don't work as well as they used to), but Erica always takes excellent care of her. Also, she takes the best pictures, and the gives most detailed status reports I've ever seen from a dog walker. Like paragraphs long (jk). I feel like we were there on the walk with them with the level of detail she provides her in her reports! We don't know what we would do without her. We had to leave our 2.5 month puppy for over a week, along with our other pets, so we were picky! This little dog was just beginning to bond with us and we were feeling so guilty about that, fearing he'd forget about us when we returned. Luckily Todd stepped in for full time overnight stays and the pets could stay home with a very kind sitter. We received tons of pictures and updates from Todd during the vacation, as we always have each time we have hired him after that. Todd has taken care of things promptly that have happened during his stays...a dead possum in the backyard, a fallen tree, etc. Barb is extremely prompt and responsive for scheduling and schedule change requests. We are very happy leaving our pets in the capable hands of the Whisker Sitter.
