My dog is such a wimp about everything, and still wants me to carry him in, but once he is in there he roams free and loves on everyone. I guess he is like most dogs, he knows he will get a bath and blow dried and cut, so he is just a big baby, but he loves the staff there and gets treated very well there. It took a long time for me to find the right place for him and to get the services I wanted and I get it there. I do make sure he is brushed and has no mats on him before I take him, so they do not have to try and get them out while grooming him. If that happened he would be more apprehensive about going, plus it would slow them down from getting other pets ready for pickup. I love this place and so does my dog.
