LIED TO ME ABOUT CUTTING A CHUNK…read moreOFF "nicked it/ sliced it" then tried gluing it together and made me wait 2 extra hours telling me she's "backed up/ badly matted" Upon arriving and being told to go to the back to see my dog PROFUSELY BLEEDING NONSTOP ..the groomer was laughing and trying to convince me she "SCRAPED" the edge of my dogs ear. SHE WAS LAUGHING. Very unprofessional. When I asked about paying the vet bill she spoke to me like I was 2 years old and could not understand English . She had told me she would not be covering anything over the grooming amount of the dog.... SHE CUT A CHUNK OF MY DOGS EAR OFF. She could not be bothered!! bringing my dog NEXT DOOR (literally an attached building) to the vet !!! "I have other dogs to attend to" YOU CUT MY DOGS EAR OFF AND ITS NONSTOP BLEEDING. Please note there were 2 employees working with only 3 dogs. I get accidents happen BUT to lie, and belittle your clients! Shame on you. She has never been aggressive or rough with him, and I can tell he feels safe with her because despite hating being groomed, he still runs up to say hi to her every visit. I decided to give her a try. I must say Lidia did not disappoint! Chumley (Lhasa) was given a teddy bear cut while Scooter ( King Charles mix) was cleanly shaved. Lidia listened to my desires and did a stellar job caring and grooming my boys. The enclosed photos show the detail to attention and dedication to her craft. $48.00 each per small dog (before tip) is a very reasonable price to pay for a cut, nail trim, anal glands expressed and teeth cleaning. Kudos for stellar job and excellent service!!! I'll be coming back every other month for my dogs grooming needs.

Kids were no worse for wear when we picked them up and we were able to relax at least a little bit being without them. Peace of mind is essential when you can't be there.
