When I came to pick him up, I noticed his nail was bleeding, and there was dried blood in between his toes on his back legs. The owner trimmed his nails way too short, exposing the quick on multiple nails. When I told her that she'd cut his nails too short she denied it, then said she shouldn't have cut his nails in the first place. I was so upset to think that I left my dog in the care of someone who hurt him several times over. He was so stressed from the experience and was visibly in pain. Writing this review as a warning to anyone who would consider leaving your baby here.

As soon as you pull onto the property you can tell that it is a place that loves animals. It is spacious and each dog has its own room. There are also gated outside spaces for the dogs to run freely off leash. There is the option to have your dog play with other dogs of their size, or have outside time attended. Our dog had a window and TV in his room. I received a photo and update regarding him while he was there. I'm so appreciative that I found them. They took care of my baby and I would take him there again in the future.

Our poor dog was in a mess. He has streaming eyes and had had a problem with ear wax. Treatment had left him with gobs of wax on his ear hair. I called Aly when we got into town. She was able to squeeze him in. I was embarrassed to take him in as he looked like a stray. She was wonderful. She accommodated his fear of the dryer. She worked miracles with him.
