I searched for a place to leave our dog for the day, and I came across Bed Bath and Biscuits Pet Resort online. It had such great reviews that I decided to give it a try. As soon as you pull onto the property you can tell that it is a place that loves animals. It is spacious and each dog has its own room. There are also gated outside spaces for the dogs to run freely off leash. There is the option to have your dog play with other dogs of their size, or have outside time attended. Our dog had a window and TV in his room. I received a photo and update regarding him while he was there. I'm so appreciative that I found them. We took an RV trip and since we didn't want to leave dogs alone in our RV while we hiked the Grand Canyon, we found this place on the way in for the dogs. It's expensive, but worth it. It's a nice little home run by two very nice people. Decent yard in back for the dogs. Our dogs were really happy to get there and definitely seemed to enjoy their time there. The rooms are small, but how big do they need to be for a dog? You can bring extra bedding or they have other stuff there. It's super clean and cute. Their driveway is circular so it's easy to get an RV in and out of there. I definitely recommend it! read more

I surprised my wife with a last minute birthday trip to Las Vegas. Our biggest problem was boarding our 8 month old standard poodalum on short notice. I gave Gail a call and she was so happy to take our high energy puppy in for a 3 day visit. Such a clean and well laid out facility. We felt so safe leaving our boy and got daily pictures and even a video. When we picked him up he had been bathed, his nails had been trimmed and he had been brushed out. My wife and our few closest friends decided to visit Flagstaff for the week and the place we stayed at didn't allow pets. My wife found this place on both yelp and google. We booked Vibes for Oct. 26- Nov. 2. When we got there, we were greeted by both Mrs. Gail and her husband and they were both very welcoming. They gave us a tour of the hotel and it felt like a home for a dog. Each dog has their own individual room like a hotel with a bed. She updated us everyday with a text message a few pics of Vibes. Vibes really enjoyed her time here at the hotel. She let us pick her up for a few hours to take her on hikes throughout the week, as long as we bring her back before 6PM. We love our pup, Chise (pronounced chee&seh): she is our family & is the sweetest thing. I'm used to seeing her all-day/everyday since we adopted her 6 months ago. She goes with us everywhere. She's no purse dog either; she's 70 lbs haha. Because I have medical issues we occasionally have appointments in Scottsdale at Mayo Clinic to go to. Chise isn't certified as a service dog yet & it's too hot down there to bring her of course. Before finding this amazing place I always worried about how she was doing in the other kennels in town. Gail, the owner of Bed, Bath & Biscuits, is so sweet. She obviously loves & cares about animals, knows what she's doing & cares about providing comfort & peace of mind to both the animals & their families during each stay. We were updated with pictures of Chise's smiling face on her walks, play times & time relaxing in her room (she really has the cutest wrinkled smiley face for such a young puppy in my humble-totally-biased-opinion), & etc each day. The texts received came with an update on how she was doing, that she was eating, happy, etc. which really helped assure us she was not only doing well but was happy, active & entertained while we had to be away. The prices are really reasonable for such quality care & I'm so thrilled to have found a place I trust to care for our amazing puppy to stay! Though we don't like having to leave her it was obvious she had an absolute blast during her stay, that she truly liked Gail as she was excited to be around her & was in a really joyful disposition as is her usual self. The customizable options depending on what your dog's needs & activity styles are really set this place apart in such a great way. Because Chise is a puppy still we opted for 3 30 minutes activities & brought her favorite toy & food dish with us to help her ease into the new space. I found Bed Bath and Biscuits through a Google search and wow, Gail and Randy are the best! We are able to go meet them first and have a tour of the hotel. They took their time getting to know our shy 11 year old Welsh Sheepdog, who has never been boarded before. Jean-Luc was comfortable and relaxed with them throughout his 3 night stay and they sent me pictures and updates! The individual rooms are so cute with the beds, comforters and Dog TV. Our first impression with Gail and the facility was extremely positive. She spent about 45 minutes with us, touring, explaining, answering our questions and reassuring us. Gail is a caring, genuine dog lover and the resort is homey and clean. The suites are roomy with an open feeling, TV's, and music. Gail sent us pics of Maggie and messages on how she was doing on a daily basis. We felt very comfortable the 2 days we were gone. First time to board my 6 yr old Maltese girls. Of course I was very apprehensive to leave them. After walking in the door, seeing the facility, conversing with the owners and seeing my girls very calm and actually not freaking out I was 100% comfortable leaving them!
