It was convenient to have her come to my home to groom my 2 yorkies. But other then that... it was quite expensive, and she didn't do anything even close to a yorkie cut. I told her I was growing out my little guy's face, so I could get him a puppy cut. What I ended up with was a completely shaved face. That was after the second time. The first time she just left long hair on the sides. I am happy their toe nails were cut, and their anal glands expressed, but other then that, I could have done a better job myself! We really need some help with getting my Mother in Laws dogs groomed. We have been unable to leave the house and take them somewhere because of a very ill family member we're caring for, so we were really excited to have scheduled an appointment with Tina earlier this week. I had been in contact with her and she was supposed to come by on a Thursday but she never showed up and she hasn't responded to any of my text messages. There's no way to get ahold of her either because she doesn't answer her phone and her mailbox is full. Hopefully nothing bad happened to her, but reading some of her other reviews I suppose this is how she conducts her business. It's very disappointing. I understand that things get busy, but I would have appreciated at least a text saying she wasn't going to show up. We really needed the help, especially now. read more

This was an extremely convenient way to have your dogs groomed and a very nice woman. Other than that we found it somewhat expensive for the quality of work. If you factor in that the van is using the home's water and the home's electricity, she is making a killing. We had three dogs get groomed in an hour. A short hair Chihuahua a Pomeranian and a Poodle. The Chihuahua looks fantastic which is why we gave her two stars. The other animals... we would have had her fix both the poodle and the Pomeranians heads but it is so bad we didn't know what would become of the request(make it worse). Maybe if she took more time on making the heads on both dogs perfect we would call again but we will never use this mobile service again. Back to Puppy Land! read more

We were so dis-appointed. We made an appt way in advance. The day before the appt we never received Confirmation of appt. we called and text and received no call or confirmation they were coming. The day of the appt they texted they would come late afternoon. Initially we were told it would be early morning. Fast forward our dogs look like aliens. Very un-professional. Make sure you have a hose long enough to reach their trailer since you will also be paying for the water they use to wash the dog. read more

I do not recommend. Not only did I feel like she was unprofessional but we were not aware that she would be using our water and electricity to run her truck. She proceeded to cut my pups nails and made her bleed on more than one paw. Her haircut would've been better if I had done it and not to mention, she was 30 minutes late and I was on a tight schedule. For what you pay, it is not worth your time or money. We had our 2 dogs groomed our little dog definitely needed her hair cut, but our older dog was just going to get a comb out for shedding. They suggested a hair cut, I'm thinking ahhhh he's a spaniel mix, you don't cut them....but, I thought ok, why not, it'll be cooler. Well, am I glad we had him cut!!. He loves it and looks so cute too. I even got to check up on him as he's never had a hair cut before, he's 12 yrs old, but he was great. It's been over a week and they still smell so good. Have had her cut my dogs hair three times now and I'm dissatisfied. She cut my dogs nails too short which let them to bleed, both dogs are now scared and get angry when anybody even my self touch their paws. Not to mentions she is flakey! Very disrespectful too, after her not answering my texts to see if she could still watch my dogs I went to another place to have them boarded. After that she yelled at me in text for not letting us watch my dogs, her fault since she didn't reply. After that we contacted her to get a cut, she has been ignoring us ever since. Rude, disrespectful, flakey and hurt the pets, would not recommend. Take your dogs elsewhere. read more

Tina has been coming to the house for about 5 years grooming our 3 dogs. The dogs love her and she is very genital and kind to them. More recently she came out after hours the day after we got home from vacation and had boarded them for 11 days. Unfortunately, the boarding place allowed our dogs to lay in their own waste and they smelled awful. Tina came out, shaved each one, had them smelling great and did not charge me extra for the after hours call. For myself with a cat 6yrs old being her 1st ever grooming with Tina who performed my cats groomimg, washed, and complete within 1hr or less and knew her trade. However made an appt a week prior for a 11am on Saturday July 6 2019 with Puppy Land who B4 I could get my car unpacked with new collar, new cat office aka kitty litter box, food treats, etc. Were already calling me to come get my cat who never once was touched to even start grooming her complaining. I even offered to come over with my daughter to help relax our cat and Puppy Land would not even accept our help and stated come get your cat. Within an hour contacted Tina with Paws and Claws and she was able to fit me in the same day at 3PM just hours calling and texting my information address, etc. Tina was here promptly, made my cat very comfortable for her very 1st shaving being 6yrs old who was very long haired cat in need of her 1st Lion shaved grooming which she will now be very cool, hair matts removed, and be very happy. As with the other reviewers, we experienced the same flakiness on timing and communication. She showed up 2 hours late for our appointment and didn't text me saying she was on her way until she was already an hour and a half late. She charged $80 to shave my cat and trim her claws which seemed a little steep. The shave looked a little sloppy and our cat is super chill so it's not like it should have been hard to shave her. She also told us our cat (who we'd had less than a week) might have feline HIV based on some spots she saw on the skin and she recommended we take her to Nikki's Place to get checked. This of course concerned us and we asked our own vet who said the tests they ran showed negative. I don't know if this lady was trying to drum up business for Nikki's or if she actually thought there was an issue, but it just seemed weird. Definitely won't use her again but unfortunately there aren't a ton of options for cat groomers. read more

I sent her a text and she replied that she was busy and would call me back to set up an appointment. I waited several days and did not hear from her. I texted her and reminded her I was still waiting. She then text marathoned me and gave me all sorts of excuses, but at the end of the day, she really didn't have any. Well, I usually try not to leave negative reviews, but honesty is the best policy. Tina does a great job with our dogs. However, I can't really say I will call her again. Last appt took me 5 attempts of getting ahold of her to get an appointment over a weeks time and today she completely no showed / no called. I asked for an after 2 appt, she asked if we could do a 1 or 1:30. I left work early, and nothing. No response to my message and no one grooming my dogs. I gave her an extra star because the previous times she has come, its been good. But i just dont have the time to waste on no show appts, especially when I had made the arrangements to accomodate the appt. My pet peeve is someone saying they will do something and just not doing it. If you cant come, or you cant do something, just let me know. Its that simple. Its too bad, there really aren't many mobile groomers in the area taking on new clients. :/ read more
