Working with animals and not so much with people. The results were miraculous. Bandit was matted around his back end, razor Claws, and winter coat shedding. I returned 2.5 hours later to read my Kindle in lot but Richard came out smiling with a bouncy Bandit. He looked fantastic. I was so happy. I'm now a huge fan. Bandit is extremely difficult for me to groom alone. Being alone is fairly new. He's like a slinky. He screams like a Banshee. It's the Siberian in him. I do have a question. My older pup (Matti)...has never been to a grooming facility...and is quite reactive to new situations....had an amazing time with our groomer Sarah. According to Sarah, Matti needed NO muzzle, and she was calm throughout! Our younger pup Sitka (feral dog, we've only had her about two months), needed a total shave, as her undercoat was completely matted and causing her distress in the war ish weather. Sarah and crew did an AMAZING job keeping the pups calm ALL DAY, and making them SO comfortable and gorgeous! The pups greeted us happily, and without any (so obvious) stress signs. HIGHLY recommend 4-Leggers...but actually, don't go here. Leave the few appointments they have for ME! I have already secured another appt for my pooches, but next time will schedule out for a year. This place is THAT GOOD. Can't comment on the lodging they offer, but for Grooming, they are amazing. Sarah will walk you through everything prior to your pups arriving. She is quick to email if there are any issues, and even sends pics of the pups in progress! Hope this place saves me some time for my poochies, as they LOVE IT!!!

She started to advise against boarding an old, blind dog until I told her we were going to Trails End. Her attitude suddenly changed and she said, "Oh, if your using Trails End that's great. They do a wonderful job and it is more like they are in a home."
