To the person reading this you should know that I am literally the pickiest person ever when it comes to veterinary care! Mostly because I'm a certified animal caregiver and have learned so much from the best vets in the world which means I need a vet that will work with me, not expect me to just do whatever they say...and Dr. Monaco is just brilliant! I have never been more comfortable with a vet than I am with her. We've been doing acupuncture on Lily for 3 months now and it's been worth every single penny! I've seen so much improvement and the other vet we first consulted with only offered me a dental so having a holistic service offered and work, is just the best! We just started doing Laser on Dixon and I'm excited to see his results these next few months. I hate to make her so busy that she couldn't fit me in anymore..but if you want the best vet in las vegas and henderson stop searching and book an appointment now because you won't regret it, we love her so much!

I brought my cat here two months ago when she wasn't feeling good and bring her back to get an echocardiogram. poor boo is only 7 but she can't clean herself properly anymore and stares into space and cant jump on my bed anymore.

The waiting room is large for spacing out pets. The pseudo exam room was such an excellent touch! It's a smaller waiting room off to the side. The attendants and doctors come into the room for interactive exams but take the pets back to do any bloodwork etc. It's such a warm and welcoming alternative to traditional vet visits. They don't attempt to up charge you or mislead you in any way. They are very forthcoming and clear in their communication. We easily made an appointment and my husband brought him in. The facility itself is clean, with plenty of seating to wait for your appointment. The people working here are friendly and really kind. Turns out there was nothing wrong with him, it was just something chihuahuas do when excited or nervous. After realizing that, he was given a check over and turns out he's a very healthy good boy. We had to come in again for a different issue a few months later and while the people working here were still friendly and nice, I felt that our concerns weren't really taken seriously. I will come back in again because of the first experience but I might change vets if our concerns are basically ignored again.

We brought our two dogs in for vaccinations and had a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the team in the back was kind, gentle, and great with our dogs. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciated how caring everyone was. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we didn't get to meet the doctor, even just for a quick introduction since we were there for vaccines. Otherwise, it was a great visit, and we're very happy we chose this clinic and look forward to bringing our pups back!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience…read more I brought my puppy in because she was shaking her ears a lot and it seemed like something was irritating them. I also mentioned her coughing/gagging symptoms during the visit. The doctor we saw was Dr. Ledezma. We came in thinking it would be a simple ear cleaning, but she ended up being prescribed medication and additional ear treatment. After they put it on her at the clinic, her ears actually got worse and it looked like some irritation may have affected the skin on her ears, so I didn't even use it and had to take her to another vet for a different opinion and to have everything re-checked and cleaned again. For her other symptoms, I was told it was likely related to her recent spay surgery. Later on, another clinic immediately identified it as kennel cough just by examining her throat. I also want to mention she is a shelter puppy, which I did tell them. Knowing that, I would've expected kennel cough to at least be considered as a possibility, since it is very common in shelter dogs, but that wasn't brought up during the visit. During the exam, I also didn't feel very confident in the explanation given, and the overall visit felt unclear. Overall, I ended up spending close to $200 and still had to seek additional care elsewhere shortly after. I did reach out directly before leaving a review to try and resolve things first. They did offer a refund for the medication, which I appreciate, but that was the only adjustment offered. I was still asked to call in to complete the refund due to my overnight work schedule, and they only offered to refund the medication, not the ear-related charges (swab, cleaning, and exam), which made up most of the visit cost. For context, the breakdown was roughly: exam fee ($70), ear swab ($40+), ear cleaning ($40+), and medication ($40+). I've brought my other dog to this clinic before and had good experiences, which is why I initially chose to bring my puppy here. The vet assistants here was are always so nice I can say that. Having a new shelter puppy is already stressful, and this experience added unnecessary stress and additional vet visits that likely could have been avoided. I wish I had paid closer attention to the more mixed reviews beforehand. I'm sharing this just so other pet owners can make a more informed decision. I will not reach out again as this whole situation was just a lot and I gave them an opportunity to resolve this with a few emails back and forth.

I especially appreciated Dr. Olsen walking us through each step again when she was onsite. Sometimes it is difficult to remember what we read as we are actually in the process and focusing on our last minutes with our beloved. Dr. Olsen was near but not hovering so we didn't feel rushed at all; we controlled the pace at all times. She made in-the-minute suggestions that I'm so glad she asked since I know I would have regretted not doing so. For instance, she and I lovingly put my sweet dog into a basket after she left us and Dr. Olsen asked if I would like to carry her out. I balked at first but I'm so glad I did. Dr. Olsen had made the back of her SUV a loving tribute as I slid the basket into the back of the vehicle with a blanket for the basket to lay on and a beautiful sentiment nearby on an easel. Pancake is my 17 year old daughter's dog so she was a wreck and crying and I was doing my best to put on a brave face for her. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. We did have to wait over 3 hours before they could get anything started on her as there was a critical case when we came in and a few others with more urgent issues than hers so it was understandable. They continued to acknowledge us through the wait and apologize and check in with us. Every single nurse and assistant who helped us was fantastic. We were there from 1:30am til about 6pm so we had both overnight and day shift helping us and all of them were amazing. Dr. Izaguirre was Pancake's initial Dr when she was admitted. We've had terrible experiences in the past with vet offices trying to push unnecessary diagnostics for profit but this place was the total opposite! They were honest and upfront and didn't try to prematurely push expensive things just because..something I'm super thankful for as a single mom and as someone who would say yes to anything to help our fur babies. Dr. Villanueva took over for Dr. I for the remainder of Pancake's stay and he was equally fantastic. Kept me up to date and was super kind. Dr. Lee wasn't part of Pancake's care team but he was there when we brought her in and was back before we were discharged and he remembered her and kept loving on her and saying how pretty and sweet she was. 100/10 I will recommend this ER vet hospital to anyone looking for someplace to take their sick fur babies when they need immediate vet care. His temperature was good, too. We then were asked to wait on the couch with him till the doctor could come talk with us. As we were sitting there, another poor doggie was rushed in with an emergency more important for sure so the vet was focused on him. Which was totally fine! As we were sitting there, Eddie stopped shaking and seemed like he was getting better, thank god. The vet did eventually come over to us and she was so nice. Dr. Kat. Definitely a five star experience. Every single staff member was so nice and just seeing them interact with the other doggie patients, you can tell everyone here really cares and loves what they do, helping animals.
